great spot for a quick slice

This place has some great pizza. I wasn't terribly hungry so I just grabbed a slice. I was able to build exactly what I wanted. The wait wasn't long and the service was excellent. Even had a great convo with one of the locals that had been on the island for 20 years. I liked the atmosphere and the... read more

Wow the pizza was really good. This was our first time here. We get back to Avalon we will sure stop in. Service was ok but it is worth the wait.

We stopped by for 2 slices for the kids. Cheese. $3 each. The pizza looked like it was cooked 4 hours prior and then reheated to chart the crust and burn the cheese. It tasted like a Tombstone.

We visited Antonio's last year with mixed feelings and decided to give it another chance this time around. We shouldn't have done so. The food was so-so and the service was less than stellar, to say the least. I would suggest other island haunts for better meals.

We look forward to Antonio's every time we go to Catalina. The staff is friendly, the pizza is amazing and my favorite is the anti pasta salad. Yum!

Antonio's is a great little hole in the wall pizza joint that puts out excellent pizza. The decor inside is great - lots of vintage pictures of stars and the island. The island seems to shut down a little early on Sunday so we ended up there because the other restaurants we tried on the boardwalk were closed and they... More

We had a lovely sunset dinner there outside; great pasta, waiters attentive. We watched the boat owners working on their boats. It was very romantic.

I was just in Avalon on a spur of the moment trip and had to go back. Once again I got three slices of pepperoni and a beer to tide me over for the ferry back to Long Beach. The pizza was just as good as I remembered back from May. Hot, cheesey, and very tasty. Since I had a... More

We went here after a day of snorkeling and water fun. We entered the restaurant and were seated right away, but at a table that another couple was sitting at already only there was this metal bar that created a make-shift barrier between us and them. Ok, kind of weird but no biggie. The service was a bit slow, but... More
