Went for daughters birthday and she loves Chinese food so decided to try it. It was great! We heard that the locals love this place and now I understand why!

Should be good. Isn't. No real clue about fresh interesting products. Very disappointing, boring, unappetizing , stodgy food. But pleasant people.!!

I've been to Mr Ning's many times. It's a place to go every time we go to Catalina island. Always a great time. I never had a bad experience with Mr Ning's. Superb PU-PU Platter for two. Mongolian Beef a little spicy just as it should be. EXCELLENT.

We came here because many locals said that this is the place to come for great food. Once we hit the door we realized that the staff is very friendly and welcoming. After entering, we went into the dining area to the right and were greeted with numerous hanging umbrellas that decorated the ceiling. After a long day, this was... More

As a restaurant owner myself, I can understand how hard it can be to have a large group show up, even with a reservation. I took my entire staff to Catalina for our annual employee trip. In the past we have gone to another restaurant and have always had problems. This year we chose something completely different and we were... More

I could eat here every day! Everything I have ever ordered was amazing. This family business is worth trying if you are a Chinese food lover. Seriously.

Excellent Chinese food - better than what I usually find in LA for the same price. Great service, nice decor. A great place for lunch or dinner while you're enjoying the island.

Who would of thought that you can make a green bean even better? Mr Nings has done it. We toured this location of the Taste of Avalon tour and we thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine.

This restaurant offers a reasonably priced meal. It's a good family dining option. We had variety of dishes amongst our group of five including delicious war wonton soup and fried rice. Our total check came to $63.00 after tip. This was our least expensive meal on the island.
