Good food for the value

I had the fish and chips here. Compared with the rest of Avalon, this place seemed to be more fair in value. I was very satisfied and full with my meal.

The Cioppino was excellent, saw them carting in fresh fish from the port and they know how to make a martini! Not sure about the rest of the food, I give them average for the rice pilaf and mixed veggies that come with the entree... not very creative but very good.

This place has a local vibe which we loved. Food was top notch. Service was great. It was relatively cheap. Only complaint was it was so hot inside neither one of us wanted to drink our wine. Might have been the upstairs deck we were sitting on. I would totally recommend this place and when come back eat here again!

We took the Catalina Flyer from Newport Beach for an early day to Catalina Island. The boat ride was smooth and we arrived on time. Lots to do on the island. We decided to rent golf carts and take a tour of the island. After viewing the sights from above, we decided to eat lunch. We found the Lobster Trap.... More

This restaurant seems to always be packed. Thats actually a good sign. The restaurant's popularity does not impact their ability to provide quick quality Service. The menu items are diverse as well as the drink options. The atmosphere is overmuch beachside laid back, comfortable and the food is great!

This place was recommended, so we strolled on down to this pub type location. Man! The bacon wrapped shrimp...yes!! The food was delicious, good portions, and very reasonably priced. Definitely not the fine dining atmosphere if that's what you're looking for, but for a casual meal after touring or ziplining, I highly recommend it!

We accidentally came across this place while exiting out of an alley. Decided to stop in for a bite and was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food!! No wonder there was so much hub-bub going on out front, they were all waiting to get in!

After kayaking, we stopped in for a drink on our way back to the hotel. Great bartender (sorry i didn't get his name). It was nice sitting and listening to locals discuss their day. We came back for dinner. they have a wide variety of food and we ordered from several sections. the family voted this the best restaurant on... More

Unsure of where to eat in Avalon my wife and I followed the reviews and wound up here. Seating was limited so we took the counter. Come for happy hour for some great drink special. The chicken burrito is one of the best I have ever had. Asked for Cholula but after one bite without it...never opened ed the bottle.... More
