Another visit to Caribe's confirmed my recollection of delicious food, good service. Short walk from Quality Inn.

Came across this little gem based on the fact that it was ultra close to our accommodations, and could not have been more pleased. The style of food is Caribbean, and the menu options held true to the style. We went for dinner, and had the chicken nachos app (which was amazing). I had the chicken sandwich for dinner, which... It is hard to find Caribbean-style food done well in a moderately-priced, local restaurant... but Joe Caribe does it very well. We first found this restaurant when it was a hole-in-the-wall next to a discount liquor store; it has since moved into a "real" restaurant space with fun decor, full bar, and a banquet room where a friend had her... We were in auburn for lunch and had an awesome time at joe caribe's for some fish tacos. They were excellent, as we're the carribean pork tacos! Not too expensive either!

Joe Caribe is a breath of fresh air for true Caribbean food. Their food is always fresh and their fish tacos are incredibly delicious.

Great Caribbean food with a slight Indian flare. (Curry) Delicious food. Try the fish tacos. Comes with a side of marinated carrots. Wish they didn't charge for chips separately. Should be complimentary.

We decided to try this restaurant again even though we didn't particuliarly like it the first time we went two years prior. It's dark and dated inside and has a very strange set-up. It was fairly busy on a Friday night and we had to wait about fifteen minutes. They have a good beer selection but very limited wine selection... More

Inexpensive and delicious beer! The food was outstanding and the service was great. The manager was constantly busy helping the staff, and had time to joke with the staff. It was like dinner and a show. My boyfriend and I shared the Chicken Sandwich....yummy! Perfectly grilled chicken with a sweet and tangy sauce and island slaw nestled within a perfectly... More

Food service was really slow. Salmon & skirt steak were not worth the price paid. the place is really noisy. Hostess was less than welcoming.
