Definite Hole in the Wall

Tiny little seafood spot....no frills here. Food was delicious though, and service was friendly. I had the grilled halibut, and my boyfriend ventured to the Bouillabaisse. Both were delicious. We brought our own wine, and the corkage fee was $7.

Food was good and portions were great, it seems they specialize in fried fish. We were a party of six and service was fast. I ordered a combination plate of oysters clams, shrimp, scallops and cod. Wow, so much food for a little over 13$. It's off the beaten path in Atascadero, but if you want some fried seafood, I suggest trying... More

This was a recommendation from the owner of a vineyard in Paso and she was right. Not much to look at from the outside, or inside for that matter but had very reasonably priced food that was very good. 2 of us had charbroiled scallops and 1 had salmon done the same way, all were great. All of us got... More

This restaurant is old. Old time refrigerators, old time cash register, seating, ceiling lights and lace curtains. It was spotless. I didn't see one bit of dirt. Our waitress was delightful and the owner was aware of everything going on. It is a place where the locals hang out. I had fish and Chips and my husband had snapper. His... More

This is our second trip to the restaurant, we wanted to give it one more shot. The food is decent, nothing to write home about. My wife had the shrimp scampi, and I had the oysters sauteed. The food was o.k....nothing more....The price did not equal what we had....Average price on the dinner menu was $20 a plate. The atmosphere... More

I have eaten at the ocean harvest several times over the years and always go there to get my fish and chips. They do a great job of preparing there food and the service is good and consistent. They also do take out, which I use frequently for my fish and chip combos. The restaurant is not fancy and does... More

No joke, I ordered lunch here some time ago and it was barely edible. And shockingly overpriced. The deep fried fish filet was grossly overcooked, dry and seemed to have been held under heat lamps.

Only ate here because we wanted to try a new place finally, and it sounded above average on Trip Advisor, well it's not! I give an "average" for food and service only because my fish and chips and chowder was pretty good, but the rest of the experience was pretty dang poor. My friend and I walked in and were... More

As previously mentioned by other reviews the decor is quite tired and the seats are all little hard but the food is incredible!!! I had a mixed seafood platter which had some delicious charbroiled scallops butterfly grilled prawns and a great chunk of cod, all perfectly cooked and fresh as were the salads (great blue cheese sauce ) service was...
