Exotic Ice Cream!

This is not your ordinary ice cream--but if you're open to new flavors and a denser texture to this frozen dessert, you will definitely not be disappointed! Servers will happily let you taste a number of flavors, but we were partial to the cardamon and rose flavors. You may still be in... read more

My favorite and only place in Artesia/Cerritos/Long Beach/Los Angeles for ice creams. This is the only ice cream joint which offers vegeterian ice cream I.e. which does not use eggs or animal fats and offers multiple flavors. Many of flavors are unique and not available in American ice cream joints - Chickoo , Saffron , Gulkand , Coffee, Tutti Fruity,... More

Cool exotic ice cream saffron rose pedal! Cardamom is what my daughter had. I had the 3 scoop faloosha with weird noodle and chia seeds. It was great to cool off hot, humid 96 degree weather my 2nd daughter and I shared. We came out to taste this delicasey all the way from San Pedro.

This famous place is a great venue to try flavors not available elsewhere, such as cardamom ice cream.

We tried 3-4 authentic typically Indian flavored icecream which you will not find it anywhere else. They were simply awesome. Would love to go there again.

I was recommended this restaurant for three reasons: try their ice creams, vada pao and chutney sandwiches. Icecream was really OK, nothing to boast about. Flavors did not appear real and was too creamy for me. Vada Pao was great, loved the spices. Their chutney sandwich is also way overrated. Will only return to this place for their vada pao,... More

I love Saffron Spot! I live in Santa Monica but still make a trip down to Artesia just for a pint of ice cream from Saffron Spot.. my personal favorite is the coconut flavored ice cream. It is absolutely delicious!

Good Indian cuisine is much easier to find in the L.A. area than it was a few years back, but for the real thing, a trip to "Little India" (off Pioneer Blvd. in Artesia) can't be beat. And REAL Indian Ice Cream now has its own rightful place of honor at this delightful, friendly and sparkling new eaterie. I happened... More
