Terrific vegetarian food but slow service.

Excellent food but no matter how many years and staff changes they experience, the service is always slow and subpar. So expect to be there an hour for lunch. But excellent salads, homemade vegetarian delights, etc.

I've been a random customer of wildflowers for the past few years, mostly going with vegan/veggie friends. I am not a vegetarian but I can always find something delicious, organic and freshly made at this place! I highly recommend it but there are two very important things the diner must be aware of. 1: the food is made from scratch... More

This is my favorite restaurants in the area, the service is always super polite and efficient. The food is phenomenal and consistent! The owner, Jay, also does the baking and is often on the floor, serving, which is nice to see. I always take friends or family here when they're in town. Its simply the best. The food is all... I often have lunch here with friends. It's a great place to have a healthy lunch. Favorites are all kinds of salads. I love the bowl of rice, dark beans, and a cup of fresh veggies on top. The service can be a little slow. Go when you have time to relax. Also, they have good cookies!

Love the selection for vegetarian diners. The food was great, the service wonderful, and the price worth it.

We picked the Wildfower more or less at random from our GPS. Glad we did! Amazingly varied menu of all vegetarian and Vegan dishes. We very much enjoyed the roasted garlic plate with Bri and toasted fresh bread etc. Also enjoyed the hippy atmosphere. We saw other diners' meals being delivered and all looked delicious! Great orghanic coffee too! Charming... More

This is some of the best vegetarian food I have ever had. I appreciate the selection, as well. I am used to having to choose between one or two vegetarian items on a menu, so a menu in which all of the food is an option is a rare treat. I have not had anything bad here. Excellent place! Do... Staying in Arcata overnight and pulled in starving. Found this little place, didn't know anything about it but decided to give it a try. All vegetarian but that wasn't an issue for us. We both ordered the soup and salad. The soup was a lovely pumpkin bisque. So good, I wanted to lick the bowl but restrained myself. We both... More

Conveniently located near the north access back on to 101 this place is a gem The food is fresh and locally sourced, the staff were very knowledgable about vegan food and I had breakfast there on 2 occasions, both times I had variations of the tofu scramble, huge amount of tofu as opposed to the usual few chunks hiding away...
