Small tidy restaurant in strip center

We stopped in after checking into a nearby hotel. A good lunch for $7. Chicken with basil, rice, salad and two wonton's for the price. We enjoyed the flavors. We were there about mid lunch and got a table right away. There's perhaps 8 tables.

Great little place that serves traditional Thai dishes. Make sure to ask them to hold down the spicy-ness if you are not comfortable with the heat. Great for take-out!

Me and my wife went there for date night it was probably some of the best Thai food that we ever had.

Came in for an early 11 am lunch. Only one other customer. Ordered "Chicken with basil" lunch special. Rice was dried out and getting firm and almost hard. Chicken was overcooked and relatively tough. Lots of veggies (zucchini, yellow bell peppers and carrots). Basil flavor was modest. Typical iceberg salad. Deep fried wonton skin with a dab of yellow squash(?)... More

The Pad See Ew was too greasy for me but the Curry was pretty good. They will make the dishes as spicy as you would like (a plus for me!). The service was good.

When I am in the Pasadena/Arcadia Area I always make it a point to stop by Basil Thai Cooking Restaurant on Huntington Dr in Arcadia. The food is simply amazing and they will cook to how spicy you would like it I.E. spicy, medium spicy and ect. My favorite to order is the Pad Kee Mao which is a dish... More

...not sure about the cooking part since the new owner claims to have previous restaurant in Thai town! Hollywood and the Thai foods are better at Hollywood Thai Boat style nearby, so stiff competition to be had! Read review on yelp before giving it a go for take out foods, fyi Fast cooking tho by this small family owned Thai Cheers!

Had the Pad Thai... everything on the menu is very reasonably priced. The food was good, but nothing really stood out. I've had better Thai. Service was friendly and competent. Strange interior design.

I've enjoyed this place so much I make it a point to visit every time I am in the area. Family-run, they really make you feel at home. The decor is "industrial" but very cozy, and they're within walking distance of many of the Arcadia hotels. The food is excellent - I try something new every time and I've never... More

A small place but very busy so everyone must like their food. I ordered a Tofu salad and a chicken dish with peanut sauce. It was really good but my salad was kind of different it had a poached egg in it and when I put the fork in it the egg exploded. The dressing was a delicious peanut sauce... More
