We moved to the Sierra Foothills in 2002 and tried Crusco's about 6 months later on recommendation from locals. We always have an enjoyable experience and wonderful food. Even held my 50th BD meal there with family and friends. The staff is always gracious and rises to the occasion. I write this as we are salivating going tonight for yet... More

My family of four(two adults, two kids ages 8 and 15) spent the night in Angels Camp to attend the 2014 Irish Festival in Murphys the next morning. After a night at the movies, we walked into Crusco's at 8:40 PM with no reservations. We were seated and allowed to order drinks, appetizers, soup/salad, dinner and desert at our leisure.... More

We loved their menu, the food was nicely presented, our waiter and great. It was a very nice dining experience, what you hope to find in a restaurant that you just happen upon.

We were staying at a B & B in Angles camp and decided to walk to town and eat here, at the recommendation of the innkeeper. We are glad we did. We didn't have reservations and were there was they opened. The hostess (we later learned that she and her husband are the owners) was so pleasant. No problem not... More

Who would expect a meal like this in a little foothill town? We had a wonderful meal of freshly prepared food. The pasta with the bacon and shrimp is the perfect blend of flavors. The salads fresh and the focaccia bread was warm with an herbal crust. The soup was one of the best I have had. What made this... More

For years we have been stopping in Angels Camp for Pannini at the Pickle Barrel. Today we found that they are no longer in business. My wife and I thought we would give Crusco's a try. We should have been coming here instead for some time. Our meals were well beyond our expectations and the service was quite good. We... More

We were in Angel's Camp for some R & R. My husband is a 'meat & potatoes' man and doesn't care for pasta. When he heard Crusco's was an Italian restaurant he didn't want to dine there. We dined there anyway and we are very glad that we did. Crusco's is a very nice Ristorante Italiano. The Focacia bread is... More

Four different meals, all excellent. No shortcuts: pasta cooked to order. Service is very good; takes a while for the entrees, but to me it's worth a little extra time for a meal that is fresh and cooked to order. We chatted with the owner/head chef who has spent a lot of time learning her trade in Italy. I am,... More

We enjoyed our dinner here. We showed up without a reservation and they found us a table even though they were busy. The food was great too. I only wish the A/C was working because it was only blowing warm air, so it got hot inside by the end of the meal. I hope they have it fixed by now.

While staying in Angels Camp and visiting nearby Murphys and enjoying some wine tastings, we were anxious to try Cruscos since it was ranked Number One by Trip Advisor. We went and were not disappointed. It was an excellent dining experience and the atmosphere was charming. We were fortunate to have made reservations, because the place was packed on a... More
