Home style Italian warm friendly atmosphere overpriced

Unpretentious restaurant located on a busy street with adequate parking. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Food was basic and portions generous. Spicing seems problematic as my friends chicken was over spiced and my spaghetti was bland. Service was attentive and pleasant. Prices too high for... read more

As a avid DDD follower I like to check-out the TV stops and food choices of Guy Fieri, however the empty restaurant during lunch should have warned me to stay away. The dark and unwelcoming interior makes you wonder why Chef Gordon Ramsey hasn't been called to put this on his "Restaurant Nightmares" tour. The spaghetti noodles were an under-cooked... More

Always love visiting a Triple D restaurant and this was a good choice. Very much an Italian diner with very authentic food and a family atmosphere. I had the sausage and clam sauce which was very good and we also shared a chicken parm which was cooked to perfection. Dinners include a side salad and soup all which were very... More

We have been to Mama Cozza's many times and never been disappointed. They serve really tasty Italian food in a family-style atmosphere. The service is friendly and good. The restaurant has an old-school feel about it. Some may find it a little dated; others will find it comfortable and calming. The food is basic Italian. The pizza, spaghetti, etc. is... More

Let me start by saying we showed up at 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening, so they might not have been on their A game. The place has a "hole in the wall" feel to it (a little out-dated and run down), which I don't mind at all. The wait staff very, very good. The food is what I would... More

We've been visiting very good friends in Anaheim for over thirty years now, and for as long as I can remember (maybe not thirty years) we've ducked around the corner from their home to this local favourite. There is something special about walking into a bar/restaurant where the staff know their customers - and their guests - names. This place... More

Saw this place on Diners, Drive ins and Dives and we are glad that we stopped. The atmosphere is family friendly and the food was the best. We had the pizza and spaghetti and meatballs and both were excellent. We wished we could get food this great in our hometown in Ohio.
