Home Italian cooking

Did not know what to expect since we were from out of town and a friend recommended the restaurant. The portions were large, my wife and I split a main dish just we could have room for a Cannoli. Overall the service was good and the prices were fair. If you want Italian food, this is a great place... read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Luigi's D'Italia!!! It is Italian home cooking at it's best! My family has been eating here since I was a little kid in the late 80s. The food is delicious and we always love seeing the family (Luigi, Tony, Grace, and the many servers who have been there for years). We even had Luigi's cater my... More

The food here, including the free garlic bread is great. Sandwiches and salads are very good and the fettucine dela casa is outstanding. I go for lunch and prices are very fair. Service is not particularly friendly nor particularly great but food makes up for it!

We did a tripadvisor search for a good Italian restaurant close to Anaheim. We ended up deciding on Luigi's D'Italia. When we pulled in the parking lot, we realized that this was the same restaurant we found on a search two years ago! Luigi's is a very low key, no frills Italian restaurant. Our waitress was good. She wasn't very... More

I started coming here during lunch with coworkers, so time is always crucial. We are always greeted immediately upon entering and they will take your order ASAP, yet it doesn't ever seem rushed. Everything is homemade and has such great flavor. The sauce is excellent!!! I recommend the sausage and peppers platter, because to me this plate should be a... More

Just had the yummiest dinner at Luigi's, it feels like home, fresh made Italian food with actual real flavor. I had Eggplant Parmesan and my husband had Chicken Parmesan. Both were great and such large servings that I will be finishing mine off tomorrow at lunch. Love their bread and oil, what a spicy kick.

After moving to Lake Havasu full time last year, I really miss not having my Luigi's near by to get my fix on great authentic Italian food. I miss being welcomed by Luigi and his friendly wife Grace, it feels more like a visit to their family's house, than to a restaurant. The food, from the appetizers to dessert is... More

We stopped in here after a day at Disneyland. It is nothing fancy, but the menu offers plenty of options, the food tastes great, and the prices were certainly reasonable. I recommend the Tortellini D'Angelo for dinner and a cannoli for dessert!

We enjoyed a very nice dinner with family while visiting in the area. I actually found the restaurant through trip advisor and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Fettuccine All' Alfredo with Chicken and it was great, so much I couldn't finish it all. Our kids shared one of their delicious homemade pizzas and loved it. The... More
