Let me start off by saying that I wish I could separate and rate this review into two parts: 1. The Princess Experience 2. The Restaurant Experience I'll start on a positive note with #1: The Princesses were fantastic. They were all personable and really went out of their way to treat our little girl like a princess...they talked to... More

We were very apprehensive about spending such a large sum of money on lunch but I insisted and hubby gave in. We took our 3 year old daughter here for lunch in June while visiting the park. We sat outside on a beautiful day and we were even able to watch Goofy conduct his water show from our seats. Staff... More

I would hardly even give them a 1. It is insanely expensive for the horrible service and food! I have never paid so much for excellent food. My daughters was cold and stale and when sent back they brought another stale warm one out. They just warmed it in the microwave. Our drinks were empty for 3/4 of the service... More

This was good bang for the buck. At first it seemed a little pricey, but considering that the Princess' come right to your table, and the kids get a pretty fancy meal, I think it was worth it. Good food, nice atmosphere, good service... and who doesn't love Princess'. I highly recommend a character dining experience.

Princesses come around to each table. If your the last table in the circuit, as we were, princesses have pretty much had it. I think my grandchildren had hoped for a bit more time. Especially since each meal was about $40 dollars.

We had the misfortune of spending a tremendous amount of money (about $300) on dinner at this facility. The first thing we noticed is that the overall feel is consistent with any basic low end restaurant or buffet that needs updating. The staff/service was substandard, slow and left us feeling as if we were a burden on their leisure time.... More

Great way to meet the princesses, and have personal attn. they each come to you table and take photos sign autographs etc got each child. The food was delicious(prepared by chefs). Exquisite presentation and entrees. This is not a place for a pickey eater including adults. I'm not a pickey eater and enjoy tasting different cuisines. It's is a 3... More

I went to this character with 2 other adult women. One person in our party had never done such an event and this was a surprise for her birthday. We enjoyed it. Yes, the princesses visited our table and we got pictures with all of them. The limited options on the menu to choose from were perfect. The wait staff... More

Excellent atmosphere and food. We had the World of Color package and enjoyed the excellent food and later the wonderful front row seats. We were in the wet zone, so the spray did get us wet.

The childrens dinner was great for picky eaters. I had the lobster tails anf tri tip steak. The steak was tender, but the rest of the food was bland. The desserts were not enjoyable at all. The only perk was the World if Color seating. I arrived 1 hr prior to my 9 pm seating and was the fourth group... More
