We went for our daughter's 18th birthday. It was fun and the food was very good. Prices are typical Disney character meal prices. The princesses only come around once during the meal, so make sure you get a good picture, and an autograph if that's your thing, because you won't get a second chance like you do in Orlando.

The kids loved meeting the Disney characters. The food was truly average and definitely overpriced. The staff service was excellent.

My husband, 15 year old son and 7 year old had the misfortune of dining at Ariels Grotto last week. Prior to our lunch my daughter had an amazing unforgettable experience at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. She had the full princess makeover and was transformed to an adorable Ariel. The staff at Ariels Grotto could have cared less. It was a... More

It was our daughter's 5th birthday so we sprung for the breakfast with the Princesses at Ariel's Grotto since she absolutely loves, loves, loves the princesses right now. We had made a reservation and only had a short wait once we checked in. They bring you right down stairs to meet Ariel and then seat you for breakfast. They made... More

We visited this location on July 22, 2014 for breakfast. I knew, going into it, that we were paying for the experience. For my daughter's first trip to Disneyland, I wanted to ensure that she would have a good opportunity to meet some of her favorite Disney princesses and this seemed like a wonderful way to do so. I was... More

We came to celebrate our daughter's birthday. And boy were we ever so glad our vacation package included a character dining. This is an experience our whole family will remember. The service was excellent however, it seemed like they wanted us to hurry up to get the next people in. I am also glad I made the reservations weeks in... More

Once you're in DCA, you're pretty much stuck with their foodie offerings. This venue is essentially a star-struck little girl's place, but they do serve food. Expensive food. Pacific Wharf is a better choice.

The food here was actually pretty delicious and we ordered off of a Prix Fixe menu which I thought to be a steal for 3 courses. They serve alcohol here which was a bonus for the big kids. Order the 'Magical Cocktail.' It is indeed MAGIC and made me (even at 30) squeal when it arrived. Our waiter was wonderful.... More

Let me start off by saying that I wish I could separate and rate this review into two parts: 1. The Princess Experience 2. The Restaurant Experience I'll start on a positive note with #1: The Princesses were fantastic. They were all personable and really went out of their way to treat our little girl like a princess...they talked to... More
