We walked down an unorganized hectic stair case to our seats in the reasturant. It smelled like throw up. The carpets were gross and need replaced. The bathrooms were a mess. The food looked gorgeous but it was barely edible. Bread was. Rock hard. My child's fries were hard. The prices werent listed on the menus. My daughters nuggets and... More

We came to Ariel's grotto for dinner so we could get the premium world of color standing room. the food was above average with a limited menu, some members of our party loved it, others not so impressed. It has a hefty price tag to. Our reservation was at 7 but we did not get seated until 740 which was... More

I will not repeat this experience. The food was horrible! The staff was efficient and friendly. The bread was rock hard, the vegetables with tri tip were the worst I've ever had. Weird flavor and undercooked. The fries in the kids plate were an oily mess

The princesses were wonderful! The food was amazing from the soup thru the wonderful dessert. A bit pricy, but well worth it. The food was cooked to perfection, the staff was very social and accommodating. This was our one elaborate meal and well worth it, You do need reservations and by ordering it along with our room & extras it... More

My opinion of almost anything Disney is you get out of it what you put into it. The nicer you generally are to people the better the experience you will have. My 2 1/2 year old daughter and I did Ariel's Grotto for breakfast for my birthday. We are both huge Ariel fans! One of the princess escorts, Oscar, helped... More

We came for the Princess character breakfast for my daughter's 8th birthday. My daughter isn't princess crazy anymore but since she is my only daughter I figured this would be the last time I could get her to do this. She was glad to go and surprisingly my 3 and 6 year old sons loved it too. My 6 year... More

This place is a must for anyone with elementary age daughters. Its a nice place to interact with the face characters. The food is pricey, but you are paying more for the experience than the meal. The food is very good though. Well cooked, prepared, and presented. The interaction with the characters is priceless. My daughters are still talking about... More

I have never paid so much for food that was so awful. I got the Tri-tip BBQ. Pretty much sugary ketchup. Nobody at our table cleaned their plate. Only glimmer of decent food was the crab chowder which was surprisingly tasty. Otherwise it was awful. I only gave it a "poor" rating instead of "terrible" because of my youngest daughter's... More

Highly recommend this package. The dinner was great and the dessert trio was delish! We literally had a front row center view of the show.

OMG the only thing worse than the food was the service. BUT that said, after we talked to the manager on duty, he did apologize and invite us to try the Cove bar on him next time. That was pretty awesome, but I have to warn anyone, because for $90 we expect better. The hostesses were amazing and we only... More
