Disney's California Adventure has something for everyone. Pizza, Clam chowder in a bread bowl, Mexican food and all kinds of drinks including beer, wine and margaritas. When we go to the Disney Parks we stay 12-15 hrs each day. The Grotto is a great place to take a break, slow down and enjoy good good. It is user friendly for... More

First off we were a walk in of four, we were told it was a reservation based restaurant only but if we came back in a half hour they could try and get us in, we waited in the lobby area for almost an hour another family of four walk in with no reservation and they were able to sit... More

Like everything at Disneyland Ariel's Grotto is expensive, around $40-$50 per person. This was our third time visiting, and things had changed in the last year. First off the family style serving of certain courses was gone, replaced by individual meals. I liked the family style better, but what was offered was pretty good. I'm not sure if it was... More

Made reservations for the world of colour dinner for Friday 13th March for three adults and one child a month in advance. First issue we had was when we arrived for our appointed time to find that they had "system" issues and all reservations were gone. After waiting for 20 minutes, our reservation was relisted and we were shown to... More

We had breakfast at Ariel's Grotto. When checking in with our reservation, I found the cast member to be rude and snarky. Thinking that we would not have to wait long as we had a reservation, we saw several groups who arrived after our group head downstairs to their tables. To the cast member's credit, she noticed that groups who... More

Kids get to meet all the main princesses (but not Anna & Elsa) in one shot and avoid any lines/crowds while in the park. It's great multi-tasking of dining and pics with the princesses. Geared to the 5 and under crowd, so the food was "just OK" but certainly acceptable for all purposes, and certainly healthier than some typical "park... More

Make a reservation!!! You won't be able to walk right in and get a seat. At first I wasn't too sure I'd be satisfied with the small portions, but quite honestly we were there for a good amount of time it worked out perfectly. The menu has changed over the last couple years so there isn't the "family style" service,... More
