a place to eat and meet the princesses. It has good food but was expensive. However the princesses come around to each table and talk to each child and pose for photos with your child and sign their autographs. Compare that to long lines ( some in the heat) and I thought it was a bargain. Be sure to call... More

We took our granddaughters to meet the princesses, get autographs, pictures . . . AND never stood in a summertime crazy line . . . THAT'S the ticket for grandparents! The meal for good - great choices for us and the kids. I would highly recommend for those princesses in your family ;-)

The service was great and the food was better than expected. We were happy to meet and chat with the princesses as they came to every table. However the atmosphere was cheesy at best and the loud screaming children can wear on your nerves. We felt rushed and herded like cattle. Although we had a reservation, we still had to... More

I really wasn't impressed. For the amount of money you shelled out the only good parts were the lobster chowder and dessert. I would gladly skip dinner. Next time we will skip Ariels Grotto.

I was there on may 14, 2015. it was a dismal day as it had rained. they seated us as soon as possible. the ambiance was wonderful, and the servers were nice. as soon as the princesses came out, mouth open, eyes wide! perfect, perfect, perfect. was it a bit pricey? yes, but the look on your child's face will... Great experience. Food was great and so was the service. The prinsesses were so nice and had plenty of time for each little girl. We will be coming back for sure.

Had a fantastic character lunch there, kids LOVED it! The meet and greet with the princesses just left my daughter in particular speechless. The service was excellent, the food for the kids was great and they enjoyed their meals. The adult meals were ok but nothing too sensational to report - the whole experience itself however was well worthwhile and... More

What a great experience for family fun and good food. The quality here was a step up from everything else. The price was built in to the vacation plan we purchased so I am not sure what regular seating cost but it is better to have a reservation. Again the Character interaction is wonderful for the children, especially for the... More
