The princesses were so sweet. We met four and were able to take photos and get autographs. The background isn't as gorgeous as other princess meeting spots, it's just right at your table with servers, people bussing tables, and other diners at their tables. The food was better than expected. The bread was so great we asked for seconds. We... More

We booked a breakfast at Ariel's Grotto for 9:10 AM for just my wfie and I since we don't have kids but wanted to do breakfast in the park. We got there about 15 minutes early and were the first in line. I'm not sure if lunch and dinner are this way, but the breakfast is a character breakfast with... More

I felt that this restaurant should have had a little more humph especially being a Disney restaurant and having the name Ariel in it; like the Little Mermaid Ride this is under the sea with disappointment. Now keep in mind this is if you are an adult; if you have a small child, and your small child happens to be... More

I kind of enjoyed dinner the first time I ate here so I was looking forward to trying it again. We made reservations for an early dinner the day after thanksgiving, around 5pm. The drinks we ordered were gross and our server was super busy. The busser was alot nicer and we seen him more. The bread was good but I'll... More

We went to the princess lunch, and our princess loved it. The food was really good, so was the service once you were seated. It felt like sardine, or a cattle line getting seated - but that may just be the nature of the beast with such large volumes.

We went here with a reservation for 8. To start off there is an 18% charge due to the party size. On top of this our waiter (who was not the best) still expected a tip. The food is very limited. There are not a lot of choices if you have anyone in your family that is a picky eater.... More

I will start this with saying we have been here SEVERAL times and the first few times were amazing but that has changed for the worse. When we placed our reservation for an inside table we were a little miffed that the hostess placed us outdoors and when we mentioned that our reservation was for indoors all we were told... More

Seated promptly with no reservation. Polite and courteous staff. Breakfast and dinner menus both were satisfying. Dinning with characters was a pleasant experience. Recommend this experience.

Loved the Princesses and Princes dancing around and entertaining us. The food was good, if not excellent but pricey. We had a great time here.

We went for a princess breakfast because my 5 year old daughter is....well, she's 5. And most 5 year olds love this sort of thing. My daughter was not impressed. Neither was my teenager, my pocketbook or my stomach. The food was cold by the time it got to us...but I think the ticket price is mostly for the fact... More
