First of all, "House of Blues" really just describes the decor and a few names of menu items. For the most part, it's your run-of-the-mill theme restaurant with the somewhat sub-par food you'd expect at Downtown Disney. As buffets go, you could do better eating somewhere nice and then go see a good gospel group. The buffet, even for Southern cooking, was a joke. Yes, the food was good, the atmosphere rocked, but - THE HOT SAUCE!!! The best ---- hot sauce i've ever had, not just spicy, but flavorful! I'm going back for that if nothing else! (BTW, the turkey burger was the best I've ever had). more
