Nice place for beer and food

We stopped in to try their house beer and a light dinner. I went with the sampler of various beers and liked all but a couple. The hefeweizen was a little on the yeasty side and the porter just wasn't my style that day. The ales weren't bad though. I had a bowl of chili and found it pretty... read more

Went with a large group last night, all from the Hospitality industry. I had the sirloin and a salad. The house salad was "boring" and my sirloin was so tough I could barely cut it with the steak knife. The garlic mashed potatoes were not good either! We were a group of 18 and nobody finished there food. We all... More

Great food. One night burger and ribs. Next night burger and French dip. French dip was a lot spicer than we have had before. Did not like the shoestring potatoes. Steak fries were an $1 more I would say skip the potatoes

Visited this place just by chance. We ordered Half rack of ribs and hot tea. I didn't time it but it seemed quite a while before we got our meal. When we did the ribs was quite dry and the tea was not very hot either. Staff were very nice but I doubt if we would use the restaurant again.

On vacation in the area and stopped for dinner. Restaurant, food and service was excellent. Rose the waitress was very good. Had burgers and French Dip, both were very good. Reasonable prices, good food. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

We had lunch here and enjoyed the 5 oz samplings of the six beers brewed onsite. Very good beer. The menu was also great with fair pricing and large portions. The service was also great. Lastly, they have a great outdoor patio and bar. Highly recommended.

We were there for the Winnipeg Jets playoff games. It acted as the Jets' fans meeting place. The place was 95% Jets fans. It was exciting, fun and the Anaheim fans were very friendly. We had the nacho plate, pizza and wings, and of course the beer.

We ate at JT Schmid's before walking over the see the Angels play but it was hard to leave because the Ducks were playing Winnipeg and the atmosphere in the outdoor seating area was fun. The IPA wasn't as hoppy as I would have liked but the hefeweizen was excellent.

Had a great time before a Ducks/jet playoff game. Food was good, the basa fillets was fantastic as was the fish n chips no greasy batter. Wait staff was very good considering the amount of people on patio everyone was being served quickly. Crowd was loud but extremely fun place to be. Would definately return

This is a fun place and has great food. WE ended up there on an evening when the Angels were playing and the place was packed but fun. The food and service were good.
