Good Food At A Decent Price

Probably the third time we went there for breakfast. As usual, the food was quite good and you won’t go away there hungry. Both the hash browns and bacon are fantastic. The egg dishes and homemade hash were very good, however the pancakes were average. The wait for a table can be long but the... read more

We drove one hour and 30 minutes to get to this place. And it was so worth it! Their pancakes are light and fluffy but my favorite is the Dutch baby style pancake which is a very thin crêpe type pancake served with butter, powdered sugar, and a bit of lemon. It is out of this world tasty! We arrived... More

Straight outta the 70's - in a good way. Down home food and service at a reasonable price. Had so much left that had a second breakfast later that day!

Made the commitment to wait the hour and fifteen minutes and was glad we did. The food was good and the portions were hearty! Becky, our server, was super nice and good at her job. Her suggestions made a difference. She was attentive, even though she had many more people to wait on. While we were waiting for our food,... More

Found this place from other trip advisor reviews and so glad we went. This is a fast paced local joint. The coffee was perfect and the food was outstanding. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend for breakfast.

Even though there was a long line out the door, the wait was fairly quick. We found out why when we actually got in the door: the busser, apparently the owner's son, was clearing and cleaning tables as quick as anyone I've ever seen...and I've worked in restaurants for almost 30 years. Food as fantastic too!

We had a large group - 8 of us in total - having brunch on a Saturday. They do not take reservations, so if a few of you are willing to take one for the team - get there early. Fortunately my family got there a half hour prior to our intended meeting time to get our name on the... More

I had the veggie omelette which was okay, nothing wrong with it, but nothing flash. Was really looking forward to trying the pancakes but was quite disappointed. They were really tough, almost needed a steak knife to cut them. Average tasting too, I have had yummier pancakes at numerous other places. While some of the waitresses seemed lovely, our particular... More

Dutch baby german pancakes are my favorite lately, although I like many of their food items even the thick bacon. Its all really good. Almost like home cooking but even better since you don't have to cook it 😃.

We stopped by before the parks were set to open, we were thankful to get a table right away. Service was slow but I sympathized because he was quite busy. Food tasted average, nothing spectacular. Portion sizes were big. Prices (IMO) are outrageous for the quality you're getting. We went to Mimi's several times during our trip and rates and... More
