We arrived on time to our reservation and waiting just five minutes before we were swept off to the bayou. Inside we saw boats travel past our table as we surveyed the menu. I naturally went with the gumbo, which was amazing. I've never had it before and it was delicious, sweet, spicy and yummy! I them went with the... More

It's Disney Food. They are super good at hot dogs, but not fine dining. It will run approx $50 per person and is marginal. Make sure you clearly specify you want to be close to the water as possible. If you are not, then it is just eating the dark near a bathroom.

We have wanted to eat here for quite some time and finally got our act together and made a reservation. The atmosphere is great but we decided it is definitely not worth the high price and will not return. I joked that the very dim lighting hides what the food looks like as our meals were not very good at... More

The food was excellent ( except a nice glass of red wine would have been great) and without a doubt the best creme brûlée I have had! So light and flavorful!

You don't go to Disneyland for the food. It's generally expensive and mediocre. The Blue Bayou is the best sit down dining in the Park. It's not cheap, but also not a rip off. The service is usually good. I've worked at Disneyland for years, and can easily say it's the best, but not great. The best part is the... More

Your best bet is to make reservations well in advance - either by phone or online. You'll need a credit card to make the reservation. My friend and I lucked out and were able to get a reservation just before we set foot in the park. We had one of the prime tables on the side of the restaurant where... More

A reservation was made through the hotel. Got there on time and had to wait 20 mins. The place was busy/packed and got a table on the fringe with rushing service as they seem to want you out asap for the waiting customers at reception. The food was overpriced for the amount and quality. and the tables were crammed for... More

Was expecting just overpriced mediocre food, but food was quite good. Salmon with corn risotto - good stuff! Great service. Nice complimentary birthday dessert.

We have been going to Disneyland once a year during Spring Break for the past many years. We have to go to Blue Bayou once on every trip - it's our favorite Disney restaurant and the best meal we have when we go down there. If you want their famous Monte Cristo sandwich, it is only served at lunch. It... More
