Our family visits Disneyland at least twice a year & has for the past 20+ years. Café Orleans is one of our favorite restaurants at the Park. The beautifully decorated interior offers seating indoors or outdoors on the patio. Our favorite lunch starts with the delicious Pommes Frites which we enjoy while waiting for our yummy Monte Cristo sandwiches to... More

Monte Cristo was very bland... there seemed to be no seasoning in the fry mix, just doughey blandness. My lunch partners seemed to have enjoyed their gumbo, but my French Onion Soup was just OK. Pommes frittes were nice enough. Very good service...I would have given this place two stars of not for service.

Having been to Disneyland numerous times over the past 15 years, I had never eaten at Café Orleans. My teen daughter wanted to try it especially since they have Monte Cristo sandwiches. Since we weren't eating at Blue Bayou this trip, this seemed like a good place to go. The service was quick, food was nicely prepared, and the setting... More

Hands down the best food in the park. We tried many places because this was our first trip to Disneyland. Being seasoned veterans of Disney World we were expecting to have many places to eat that were as good as our Florida experiences. Didn't happen. This place had food as good as any restaurant in New Orleans. I would eat... More

Had every starter on the menu. The onion soup was cheesy goodness. The gumbo had the perfect amount of spice. But I would go here again for two things: the house salad with its vinaigrette and goat cheese and the fries. Pomme frites is unforgettable. You'll want extra remoulade sauce.

The location is terrific. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The sandwiches were very flavorful and fresh.

This is truly a gem of the classic restaurants at Disneyland. We don't like missing the Monte Cristo sandwich when we visit the park. There are many other tasty dishes on the menu as well. I recommend making a reservation so you don't spend too much time waiting in another line! If you don't have a reservation you can put... More

I came to this restaurant specifically for the Monte Cristo; I wanted to know what all the rage was about and now I'm hooked!! The sandwich was enough to feed 2 people! We started our meal with the Pommes Frites and they were fantastic; the Cajun Spice Rémoulade served on the side was very yummy. My husband ordered the Salmon... More

I had to try the Monte Cristo because of the fantastic reviews. I guess the reviewers had never had a Monte Cristo at Cheddar's. The bread was still doughy and very, very greasy.

We decided we wanted a table service reservation the morning of our Disneyland trip, so I quickly got on the Disney Dining reservations website and we were happy to snag a 5 PM reservation for Cafe Orleans. We were quickly seated and enjoyed the atmosphere of the cafe (and the free water refills!) I got the seafood crepe and my... More
