Chicken fried steak terrible. Thick piece of chicken not even flattened. Too much peppers in gravy and in chicken. Meat loaf not good either. Disappointed. Ate breakfast here before.

I'm happy to report, a solid place to eat when you are at Disneyland. We tried this place for the first time last night. I love that Disney is making an effort to making children's meals healthy. My daughter wanted the mac n cheese and with that bowl of cheesy noodles she also received a side of fruit and a... More

Ate here for a late breakfast (10:45am on a Saturday) and had made reservations 60 days in advance. Only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. There is not much outdoor seating, so I would suggest making reservations, even though at the time we went, there was only one other family waiting to be seated and several open tables.... More

We tried this restaurant after reading some positive reviews and weren't disappointed! We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our server, who's name I wish I could remember was Fantastic! Friendly and eager to help us. Our food was brought to us super fast. My daughter and I tried the Meatloaf and Loved it! Atmosphere inside was quiet and welcomed... More

After some ups (Carthay Circle) and downs (Cafe Orleans) at Disneyland, my family was pleasantly surprised by Carnation Cafe. We were not expecting much from this standard American fare restaurant. However the super service made up for a lot of shortcomings. The food was good. It was a standard burgers and nuggets type of restaurant. However it was pretty good... More

Excellent food. The day for lunch we had the fish of the day, meatloaf, and the fried pickles. For dinner another day we had the patty melt and the chicken dinner. We want to come back next time for the breakfast.

Loved being able to sit down in the a/c and have a server take your order. If there is a wait for your table the buzzer works along Main Street and you can shop in the stores while you wait. Entrees start at about $11 and there are lower priced appetizers if you wish. One drawback is the menu is... More

We wanted to get out of the heat and were able to get indoor (air conditioned!!!) seating here for lunch. Prices were decent for Disneyland and the portions were good. Fried pickles (raved about on another site) were fine, nothing spectacular, IMO. Service was excellent. Drinks were refilled before they were half empty, and our waitress even filled our water... The breakfast selection here is pretty good. However, they are Disney prices. The staff was friendly and the chef came out to talk to us about the gluten free options which was a nice change. I would eat here again.

I had seen recipes on Pinterest for imitation Disneyland Carnation Cafe Potato soup. When we were there, it was extremely hot (for May 1!) at 37 C, so we ducked into the shade/cooler cafe for a meal. They gave us a buzzer and said it would be 1 hour wait, but it was only 20 minutes - which was great!... More
