We had a group meeting sponsored by National Geographic. There approximately 30 guests and the servers were professional and efficient. The food was delicous!

We went to Ruth's Chris Steak House because we heard it was fantastic, a must-go to for a decent steak! And that was absolutely true, I had the 16oz ribeye, I can't remember what my wife had but she loved it! The only problem was the service. We walked in without a reservation, they said it wasn't a problem and... More

I find that the best value at any great restaurant is to eat at the bar during happy hour. Usually you get burgers, chips, etc. but not here- steak salad, crab cakes, amazing selection of drinks for a steal. Best one I've been too in ages.

I booked our party during a convention and the place had been booked solid. Luckily they accommodate our party of 12 and were very accommodating. However the server raked my party over the coals on price. Appetizers were priced as a meal without our knowledge until the bill came. Those who ordered a meal were charged appropriately but those who... More

Had meal at bar (restaurant packed) which was much better space than the competitor down the street. Only one bartender and during the first hour I wasn't impressed with the service. During the second hour bartender warmed up and it ended up a decent evening. Had the banana cream pie for dessert; it was a funky presentation-and tasted like "factory"... More

Ruths Chris was very conveniently located and was able to take a last minute reservation. While a little pricey, but I noticed this restaurant offered a menu that would family budgets. We both enjoyed a Filet that was so tender, it could be cut with a butter knife. The taste was 2nd to none. It was truly the best meal... More

Although the service was a bit disrupted by a crowded evening, one the orders placed, we were served promptly. Steaks are really tangy and cooked perfectly. Huge portions of side orders, vegetables or fries, but good! A bit expensive though, count around 40$ per head without drinks.(still cheaper than Mortons next door...)

I love steak, my favorite is Longhorn Steakhouse's porterhouse with blue cheese. Me and my wife will normally spend $75 at Longhorn (salad, potato, steak, and drink). While visiting her family in Seal Beach, CA we went to Ruth's Chris because her uncle said it was "the best". The food was good, but I had to get a T-bone (they... More

Truthfully stumbled across this while looking for another place to eat. The meal was wonderful. Drinks at the bar, appetizer was freshly prepared, steaks were sizzling when brought to the table, and the sweet potato casserole was just amazing. Dessert was a bit of a disappointment, but who had room for dessert? I will eat here again.

Lackluster atmosphere; definitely cold rather than cozy. Service noticeably slow. The server was friendly and professional but had his hands full. We enjoyed the ahi and mushroom apps. The crab cakes, filet, and sea bass were all excellent entrees.
