I liked the waitress who was cheerful but felt sorry for her. This was such a depressing place, dirty, and devoid of any atmosphere. The prices on the menu were ludicrously high for such a dingy hole in the wall. We left!

Wow, Franco's FlapJack's serves enough food for two on one plate...the quality and flavor was excellent. I think they need to expand. The locals clearly know that Franco's is the place to have breakfast. The patio seating made breakfast relaxing and enjoyable.

We stopped in here to get some breakfast while traveling. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service. We just came from vacation in San Diego where everything is expensive and overpriced. As soon as we arrived we were seated and asked what we wanted to drink. They even brought water without us asking them to, which is a... More

Get the french toast. Its some of the best I have ever had. The service was quick and the outdoor seating is very pleasant. the prices are very reasonable and my coffee cup was never empty. If you are in the area do not pass it up for breakfast.

We were looking for a quick breakfast before getting on the road, and we'll be making this a regular stop now! Good food, and plenty of it, for a great price. The staff was quick and courteous, and what a neat location. Love the area!

Good food and an intimate atmosphere. The waitress was really friendly and helpful. It's a small location but very comfortable.

Cook did not take any short cuts in quality nor quantity. Food was tasty and memorable--not something I say about french toast and sausage. This really was the best I've had in memory.

We stayed at the Ayres Lodge which is a short walk to the restaurant. The food was excellent. Portions were generous and the staff was very friendly. I recommend the French toast combo. Excellent!

Fresh food, made to order! Huge flapjacks were a hit with the kids! Fresh, homemade salsa too for the eggs was so yummy.
