In a strip mall and DELICIOUS food! The ceviche is great and the service was very helpful. This is a true restaurant with prices in the 10-25 dollar range for entrees. I was with a medium sized group and the staff did an excellent job of accommodating all of us.

I am obsessed with their Chaufa de Pollo with broccoli and green beans. They have a lot to choose from on their menu and everything is really tasty. It's one of the better restaurants in the Town Center.

We have been dining at Inka Mama's in Foothill Ranch for years. This one has the same menu and much nicer dining room. The service was excellent and the food was the same good quality as we have come to know. We took some visitors from Peru (straight off the plane). They liked it as well but mentioned it was... More

I've been coming here for years. Very nice atmosphere. Food has always been good. However, my chicken dish the other night was not edible. How do you mess up chicken? They graciously comped my meal but admitted they had a new chef and had 3 complaints that day. The place seemed to be run by young people, not the owners... More

I was hesitant to try this place fearing it would be bland- boy was I wrong! The Lamb was incredible!! We also had a spicy seafood dish which was delicious too. Although completely different flavors they were both marvelous! Excellent unique flavors and spices! MMMM! The waitress was very helpful and friendly- answering our questions and making suggestions. It also... More

Good appetizer and food. But service is very slow and they charged us for extra dressing which came after we finished half of our food. Generally I will go there again.

My favorite things were actually the two appetizers: -Yuca a la Huancaina (Fried Yuca with a ricotta cheese sauce) -Causa (Two potato cakes with a chicken salad filling smothered in the ricotta cheese sauce) Main dishes were: -Arroz Mariscos (Spciy rice with a variety of seafoods) -Inka Special (Chicken sautéed with chopped onions, peas, carrots, & French fries in a... I don't have anything I can call "outstanding", but I don't have anything "terrible". Service was slow, pisco sour really small, food.....ok, just ok. Variety was fine, quality was....ok. Service was good, but they rushed us a little. I don't think I will go again.
