My wife wanted to go to this place because she is a crab junkie. Me, not so much! First you need to be prepared for their very casual style. Crab, shrimp and lobster are all served in a plastic bag, right on the paper covered table. No plate, no utensils, just napkins and a bib. It's a very messy and... More

Shrimp lovers unite here at this place please. Wonderful big flavorful shrimp, seasoned in your choice of seasonings. Good quality shrimp and great tasting! The heads are on the shrimp so be warned you must remove them yourself. Worth all of the work to enjoy the delicious spicy shrimp which by the way comes in many degrees of heat. Shrimp... More

Grungy. Loud. Lively. These are few of the words that come to mind when I think of The Boiling Crab. The place was recommended to me by my Uber driver. Man, I was NOT disappointed. The first thing you notice is, there's no cutlery. We ordered a lobster and a pound of shrimp and some Cajun fries and some Oysters.... More

Although allergic to crawling shellfish (crustaceans, such as the namesake of the place), I love the other fare. The fried oysters are delicious. The catfish is good. We also really enjoy (especially me) the corn on the cob with the choice of sauces for it..sometimes I forget that I came for the fish. The decor inside and the dining experience... More

Atmosphere- awful. The toilet is very dirty , the walls full of vandalism. Its not an art ! You loss appetite when you visit the toilet before eating. But how can you not visit the toilet when the waiting time to eat is 2 hours ! Disorganized- wrong queing system. If you are not all present, you dont get to... More

Was here feb 19 for dinner. Arrived 830pm and waited for our queue for 1and1/2 hours! The worst part is the lady listing the guest queue favors guest who give her tip . There were tables for 3 or4 pax, she should ask all guest who came in first if guest would like to consider seating separately or really wait... More

I love the shrimps and the calamaris and the cajun french fries, which is what I always ordered when I go there. You can ordered the shrimps in 4 different ways, lemon-pepper, butter-lemon, cajun style or the whole sha-bang which it is the combination of the 3, and it is the one I always ordered because I think it is... Great Cajun spiced seafood served in a bag. Do not wear your best clothes because it is messy. Small place and very busy so usually a wait to get in. Parking lot is very small and difficult. We will go back when in the area.

The fried seafood comes in cups, the rest comes in a bag. We had garlic butter sauce all over our mussels, clams, crawfish, corn on the cob, sausage. I had sweet potato fries separately. All fabulously tasty. Servers helped me cover up my recently operated on arm so it would not get sticky. Wipes and bibs and napkins aplenty provided.... More
