Linguini's has been a favorite of my family for years. We like the pasta, salads, beer, pizza and sandwiches. The spinach salad has a killer dressing that make it very special. I have brought lots of folks here over the years (15+) and have never once gotten a bad meal.

Located in lovely downtown Alameda, Linguini's offers a nice menu selection with specials and favorites such as the lasagne that tastes like grandma made it. Don't forget oysters on the half shell or their tempting desserts. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Halibut, Fllet Mignon, veggies, Tiramisu, and Chocolate cake. Their bread is exceptional.

One might not think of Linguini's as a place to host a wedding reception, but we did! From beginning to end Linguini's did a wonderful job. The service was excellent for a crowd of about 40 people, Linguini's staff even placed white linens on the tables (this was on the pub side) and the food was out of this world!... More

Right next to each other is a 'sports bar' type Italian and a traditional sit down more formal Italian. Local friends brought me here as they love the food. We choose the noisy 'sports bar'. The place was filled with families and the din was high decibel between the toddlers and the tvs. We choose a nice red and ordered... More

I went there the other day on the recommendation of a classmate. By chance we were there on Wednesday. They had all you can eat pizza and a soda for 6 bucks! I couldn't turn it down. The pizza was very good and they had a very nice bar. Next time I'm in Alameda, I'm going back

This place has it all for casual dining with or without kids. Very family friendly and with a local neighborhood vibe. Extensive menu from a bar/pub part and also a full "regular" dinner menu from the connected Italian restaurant. Lots of families there on a busy Friday evening, most were getting pizza - which looked very good. Our group of... More

A local told me about this place when I asked about Pizza. I went. I ate. I smiled. Excellent fresh-baked pizza...loaded with the stuff I wanted and delicious. Waitress/bar tender was great, fast and cheerful. I definitely recommend this place.

I went to Linguini's on a Wednesday night with great expectations. The reviews stated they had good pizza and the price was excellent. The restaurant is attractive. The staff are prompt and capable. The $2 pint of beer was a killer value. The pizza was a disappointment. When you specialize in pizza and Italian food there is no excuse not... More

I was told that my order would take an hour to be delivered. I assured everyone that their pizza was worth the wait, from my past experience dining in. An hour and a half went by and I called to find out where it was. By then, we were starving. Cranky husband and fussy kids. So the girl said the... More
