If I ever want a great steak and baked potato without doing the work myself, this is the place I'll go. Off-menu bone-in filet mignon was FANtastic and the loaded baked potato (the size of my head) was so delicious. Very tiny place with loads of character and very nice people working there. We ate... read more

We had a recommendation to come and try the Old Place whilst we were on honeymoon and we weren't disappointed, a bustling happy place with great food. Really good service and the food we got was excellent and generally all round faultless. I would highly recommend anyone give the Old Place a visit as its staff are all lovely and... More

It's a little bit of a challenge to get into this tiny place, but its a fun little rustic place and the steaks and the BAKED POTATOES (!) are amazing. Worth the wait. I've heard breakfast is good here, too but haven't done that one yet.

Interesting restaurant and bar with so much character and history for the Conejo Valley. Truly a bucket list experience.

One of our favorite places in this area of Calabasas, Agoura, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village is The Old Place. The steak is real beef prepared the historical way. The ambience is unique and genuine. We've eaten here more than 15 years and will keep coming back when we're in the area. If you want genuine dining experiences, try this.........it cant... More

This restaurant is in an old log cabin up in the mountains, with the accompanying winery next door. Very small, so you need to make a reservation for one of the oversized private booths if you have more than 4 people. Otherwise you'll sit at the bar counter. Live music, you can even make requests! Brunch was delicious; looking forward... More

Great food in a fun atmosphere. We enjoyed our lunch here, but would have loved to try the Roasted Bone Marrow that was on the dinner menu! Also, there's an interesting shop next door with antiques, etc, from Provence.

The food is just okay. This is just a place to come and feel hip just out of town. Sometimes they have live music out on the porch, which is nice. The kitchen is pretty filthy.

Review is more of a 2.5 than a 3. We had booked the private room for our special birthday celebrant. This was an interesting getaway/hideaway of an establishment. Parking - Free, but was kind of interesting to say the least. We parked very close to a tree, which thankfully didn't fall over from it's leaning position. Food/Beverage - Kind of... More
