Cook something else!

The absolute worst restaurant ever! We were very excited to go to Hugo's for the vegetarian menu. 3 of 4 of us are vegetarians. However...Vegetarian does not mean bland & tasteless garbage. All of the food we tried (4 of us) was bland, tasteless, unspiced and unbalanced. We had 4 dishes, which... read more

Hugo's has an interesting and appealing menu that is not supported by the physical space. The place looks and feels bland. Yet, there are attempts at inspiration on the menu. I had the veggie burger, which I enjoyed and found satisfying. I found the place when I pulled off the highway to find a lunch spot. The more recognizable next... More

I ate here two days in a row and should have known better after the first day. First let me say the service is amazing! All the wait staff are friendly and accomodating and quick. The first day i ordered eggs over easy and they came out raw in the middle. I then asked for over hard because I didn't... More

Alright now. I'd like to offer unbiased musings, because I expected a cozy spot where I could really talk and eat and enjoy my surroundings. But when I got inside, I was immediately reminded that I was at a diner. Food It was ok. Wasn't bad but it wasn't astounding either. Had the Papas eggs dish. Sausage tasted odd. Coffee... More

That's about all I can write about Hugo's. It is average American fare with decent joe. The extra point is because I was there with two great friends. Service is decent but nothing to OMG about... you know?

I love everything about the food at Hugo's. Everything is organic, gmo free, meats are grass fed, and the menu is a book -- options for vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores. The food is all delicious and super creative -- everything from Indian fusion to Mexican, Thai, American and more. Last but not least, almost everything can be made gluten free,... More

Great modern zen-like atmosphere. Huge menu with options to make almost any dish with meat, vegetarian, vegan or gluten free...and it still tastes great, no matter choice you make. Food is made from the freshest ingredients, and everything is as healthy and wholesome as possible (even when you opt for the yummy fries). Breakfast, lunch or dinner - we come... More

I liked the food. The atmosphere is pleasant. But when I found a 1 1/2 piece of cardboard in my salad, the manager and the corporation challenged me. They said I was lying although I had it in hand and submitted photos, so nope this isn't my first choice.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and went a couple of times to try not only their breakfasts but also their lunches. Wife and I both were unimpressed. Food was kind of bland. Overly priced if you ask me and yes, the food did appear to have a ''healthy' feel to it but again, almost tasteless if... More
