Over the years I've come here several times when visiting the area and always make an effort to come back. I'm not sure "semi-upscale" is the right description but it is definitely not a dive. It is a great place to take co-workers, clients, friends, family, whomever. The beer is truly delicious. They make their own and there is real... More

They new their own beer here, focussing on belgian styles mostly. I like their beer generally. The regular price is around $6 a glass. They sell tasters and pitchers too. The food is pretty good too, although more hit and miss. I particularly like the fries and I had the french onion soup, which is vegetarian, and am now a... More

Don't let the title fool you, this place has something for everyone. It's got a great assortment of craft beers and a menu that compliments the offerings. There's wine and mixed drinks, too but the beer is the big draw. I guess that pun is intended. If you're a Bud Light kinda person or think that Pabst is a craft... More

I went here for the first time for a ladies' night out with six friends. The hostess seated us at one of the outside tables and provided one of the heaters next to our table. Even though the night was cool, the heater more than made up for the nippy temperatures to keep us comfortable the entire time. Everyone in... More

My husband and I agree that we REALLY want to like this place. It has all the elements that we enjoy -- great drinks/beer list, cool menu items, unique environment. But nothing quite delivers. The beer menu is overwhelming unless you're a total beer geek, and the other drinks/wine list are just ok. The food is totally underwhelming -- the... More

Very tasty comfort food. Staff was flexible with our somewhat picky children. Be sure to add the bacon to your mac and cheese order!

I have been to this restaurant many times and live in the local community. Today I went during happy hour and ordered a beer and small appetizer. My bill was $8.72. The menu indicated that they did not accept credit cards for bills under $10. I gave the waitress a $20 and she returned will $11 in bills as my... More

Ladyface surprised me with the range of its lunch and dinner menu. I'm not a beer aficionado, but I'm told the selection is excellent. There is a decent wine list for those of us who prefer grapes to malt. The atmosphere is light and open; the service is attentive and friendly.

I can't comment too much as I didn't drink any beers, but some friends said that the home brew is good. I had the fish and chips on a wet night in Agoura Hills (yeah ... bad luck visiting Southern California and it rains ..) and it was just what the doctor ordered. Food is what I'd define as "pub...
