The food and dining is family style so if you don't mind sitting at picnic tables with others and sharing the platters of food brought out for you, then this can be fun because you meet some new people and as we say in AZ "everyone here is from somewhere else".

The food is usually just mediocre at this type of dinner show, but this was actually quite good. It is family style, at picnic tables, & they were very generous with seconds. The service was excellent. Everyone in our group seemed to have a good time.

Have eaten here a number of times in the last few months. Each meal that I have had has been excellent, which says a lot since I'm a vegetarian. All of the food has been fresh and well prepared. Others that I have dined with are meat eaters and they were also pleased with their meals. The wait staff is pleasant... More

The food at the restaurant is fabulous. We come here often. The burgers are amazing - the jalapeño burger is my fav. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Would highly recommend the restaurant - we have been to the dinner show & unfortunately did not like the family style food at the show.

We made this one of our "Top 10 things to do" in Arizona. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique dining style - big platters of the best food served family style. We stayed for the show, which was very fun and entertaining. It was a very enjoyable evening, well worth the trip.

After spending the early morning enjoying the desert , we stopped in for a cold brew. They don't really have a bar so we sat down at a booth and had some lunch. A BBQ sandwich and some chili and we were full. The food was good and the staff were friendly. Yes, we would definitely recommend and return here... More

This summer Mining Camp Restaurant is staying open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This gives the "locals" a chance to have a very nice lunch (Sunday only) or dinner without all of the crowds! My wife and I went today and enjoyed trout diner and top sirloin steak. Both meals were great and both dinner salads were chilled. Very nice meal... More

Decided to check this place out and boy was I pleasantly surprised! So much food so bring your appetite since no food goes home with you. The entertainment was the "McNasty's". They are funny and very talented! In fact I video taped them to show my family. Cathy was our waitress and she made sure we had everything we needed.... More

Had a quick lunch at the Mining Camp restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. They're usually not open past May, but they're planning to be open on the weekend through the Summer. Definitely worth checking out.

In town visiting my brother. Driving around the area we just happened to stop here for dinner. Glad we did. Liked it so well we had dinner here another night before I left town. Between Tom, my wife and I we sampled the sirloin, ribs, prime rib, filet and deserts. Yep, they made some money off us but we got... More
