We made this one of our "Top 10 things to do" in Arizona. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique dining style - big platters of the best food served family style. We stayed for the show, which was very fun and entertaining. It was a very enjoyable evening, well worth the trip.

After spending the early morning enjoying the desert , we stopped in for a cold brew. They don't really have a bar so we sat down at a booth and had some lunch. A BBQ sandwich and some chili and we were full. The food was good and the staff were friendly. Yes, we would definitely recommend and return here... More

This summer Mining Camp Restaurant is staying open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This gives the "locals" a chance to have a very nice lunch (Sunday only) or dinner without all of the crowds! My wife and I went today and enjoyed trout diner and top sirloin steak. Both meals were great and both dinner salads were chilled. Very nice meal... More

Decided to check this place out and boy was I pleasantly surprised! So much food so bring your appetite since no food goes home with you. The entertainment was the "McNasty's". They are funny and very talented! In fact I video taped them to show my family. Cathy was our waitress and she made sure we had everything we needed.... More

Had a quick lunch at the Mining Camp restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. They're usually not open past May, but they're planning to be open on the weekend through the Summer. Definitely worth checking out.

Between Tom, my wife and I we sampled the sirloin, ribs, prime rib, filet and deserts. Yep, they made some money off us but we got... More

This was my first visit to Mining Camp Restaurant. There are 2 restaurants inside the building. We went to the one that serves the same menu to all customers, family style. You have a choice of drinks and desserts, but these are not included in your meal, they cost extra. This was so fun and a highlight of my trip... More

This is another MUST if you have guests visiting Arizona. Family style dining, Family friendly entertainment. Beautiful setting at the base of the Superstition Mountain. They also have finer dining at the Dutchman's Hideout. The best steak you will find in the East Valley. A nice place to get away for the locals!
