They must keep a hen house out back

This has become our favorite breakfast spot in AJ and there are plenty of choices for good breakfast. Wife thinks they get the eggs from out back because they taste so fresh. Order your bacon "crispy" if that is the way you like it. Really early or mid-morning is best to avoid waiting for a... read more

You will love it here in this quaint, small, pleasant and clean cafe'! They don't just do breakfast but that's my favorite meal and they do it right. They serve good quality breakfast meats to go with just about any type of breakfast dish there is. The waitress and service is super but it does get busy enough that you... More

We were in hardware store nearly next door and an employee suggested this place. We ordered lunch. I had club sandwich and friend had BLT. We both ordered lemonade. Sandwiches were very thin and seemed to be missing condiments. Kind of like the pictures in fast food locations...big fat sandwich in the picture and what is presented is paper thin.... More

A few months ago I posted a review based on my personal experience over a period of 2 years as - very likely - having been this restaurant's best breakfast customer for their first 2 years of operation. Do what we might expect bad business people to do, and rather than take input constructively as it has often been presented,... More

Average meals for breakfast and lunch. Some entries tend to be in the "small portion" category and are targeted for seniors with small appetites. For the area they tend to be a tad higher priced than other locations in Apache Junction serving fresh food. The chains such as Village Inn are very ordinary and hardly seem fresh with their nearly... More

We walked in to a tiny room filled with tables decorated with black, red and gold, like it was trying to be a high class restaurant with a low class budget. The waitress, who was so taken with my husband, didn't even look at me as she took our drink orders. She came back with our drinks and we ordered. I... More

We go for breakfast so that's the only meal I can comment on. The food is always fresh and the service can't be beat even if you have to wait a bit when the part time residence are back. We don't mind gives us a chance to chat with people we not have met otherwise. What great is if a... More

Great spot. Love their breakfast. For St Patty's day we ordered the dinner to go & it was the best corned beef we have had from a restaurant - hands down. Only downfall is that they are closed for the summer

I ordered the chili relleno. It came with an Anaheim chili which I like but there was no egg coating. It was just OK. Our margaritas were very good but when we got the they were higher priced than the menu. We were with friends so we didn't dispute the higher charge. My wife said her chicken enchilada was too...
