Good burgers!

the most outstanding thing is the friendliness of the staff. The food is very good. Eat outside if you can.

We dropped by for lunch after a wonderful horseback riding experience at the OK Corral -- mainly because the Handlebar was listed as Trip Advisor's Number One restaurant in Apache Junction. Which makes me very curious indeed: unless Trip Advisor permits the deck to be stacked by friends and in-laws (which it insists it doesn't), on what possible planet could... More

We had lunch there in February and enjoyed the outdoor patio area while dining. The brisket sandwich was disappointing as it had a very small portion and wasn't as flavorful as expected. The "scoop" of potatoes was delicious and the sweet potatoe was okay. Beer selections are good and we enjoyed the experience. We'd try it again but forgoe the... More

We chose this restaurant based on other reviews and from looking at the menu online. We are eating low carb so were hooked when we read about the delicious sides and were not disappointed. My husband and I both ordered the peppercorn burger which is topped with beer braised onions, bleu cheese and a peppercorn aioli. I had sautéed and... More

This is a small place with tons of character. We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday while just driving around and were glad we did. It's small and the seating is limited, but the place is overflowing with character that screams Arizona! Not to mention a menu that perfectly suits the ambience. There's a great selection of sandwiches and... More

After spending a few winters in the Mesa/Apache Junction area we decided to look for new places eat in the area. After reading the reviews about this place we decided to give it a try. We were impressed with the food! We ordered the beef tenderloin steak and smoked brisket dinners. The steak had great flavor, seasoning, and cooked as ordered.... More

We dropped in around 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised to see they were already packed. The staff seated us after a very short wait. Our waitress was wonderful. She was attentive, yet not at all intrusive. Our party tried several of the different beer selections, and our dinner entrees were served hot and in a timely manner.... More

Great burgers! So nice to have a wonderful choice of sides to go with a burger so we didn't have to eat FFs. I had grilled Brussels sprouts with balsamic reduction and my husband had asparagus with onions and feta cheese. Just as much creativity and choice of burger toppings. And it opens at noon Sunday!
