When attending Auburn University in the 1980s, I regularly ate at the Barbecue House. Whenever I come back to Auburn, the Barbecue House is the first stop! I have eaten barbecue all over the south, and the Barbecue House is the best I have ever had, by far. On this trip to Auburn to bring my daughter for a college... More

Has heard this was a good breakfast place so tried it. It is a true local university place. Mid week but still crowded. Biscuits and grits were excellent; eggs and sausage were ok but not as hot as I like. Certainly recommend you try this.

Mr. Price and his wonderful staff provided us with excellent service and the food is always good. They helped us cater a wedding shower for almost 100 people and they had everything hot and ready when requested and helped us box and load it into the car. Everyone raved about the food and wanted to know where we got it.... More

We were in town on business and always like to try established local restaurants instead of all the highway ones you see in every state these days. Price's Barbecue House lived up to all of the great reviews I read of it! The food was excellent and the smell from the pit (which you will see on the side of... More

While in school at Auburn this place was just great at what they do ---BBQ. Walking to class and smelling the hickory smoke was just as I remember. Nothing has changed. The men's restroom is still next to the fire pit (out door entrance) and one can enjoy a brief sauna upon entering. The BBQ slaw is a great mustard... More

In Auburn to move my son in his new apartment, wanted to got somewhere local (not Waffle House) and decided to try Barbecue House. It was very busy with sorority rush and everyone in town. Took a little while to get breakfast served, which they warned us about.... Three of us had a great breakfast for about $17 out the... More

I travel all around the country and I try out local BBQ when I can, but I always, and I mean ALWAYS come back to Jeff Price's BBQ House knowing that I'm going to get the best when I get home. You absolutely have to try this out! Everything made fresh every day, top quality, clean, excellent service, great prices.

My absolute all-time favorite BBQ. I live in Jackson, Wyoming and I fly back with at least a pound of barbecue every time I come home. The breakfast is outstanding as well. Best home-cooked biscuits in the South. It is a place that is ingrained in my childhood memories of Auburn football weekends and breakfast between College of Ag classes.... More

Price's Barbecue House is my favorite place to eat ANYwhere. The chipped sandwich all the way is the way to go most days, but on a cold winter day, the 'cue stew is where it's at. They cook a mean breakfast too. I eat here at least once a week, and I love the atmosphere and the people. Mr. Price... More
