The best!

Best southern breakfast around, hands down! Great price, warm and friendly atmosphere. Convenient and fast. Biscuits are big and fluffy and the sausage gravy is wonderfully seasoned.

The place is not fancy. Get over it. You are there for the food. Wow, very tender barbecue served with their special BBQ sauce. Cole slaw is delicious as are their baked beans. Wash it all down with some iced tea and you've had a great lunch.

I love their breakfast it is delicious! They have great grits & bacon along with many other things. I give them a 4 because I am not a huge fan of their barbecue, their sauce is a little too mustardy for me but a lot of people love it! I would recommend this place, especially for breakfast!

My wife and I went here based off a suggestion from a co worker. Needless to say we were not impressed and my co worker will be receiving my bill. The meat was tough and dry. The camp stew looked like chili with corn added. I've had better BBQ at chain places. The place was busy so maybe it was... More

For the best in traditional barbecue you need to try the Barbecue House in Auburn. Eat here at least once a week. The sliced sandwich is always delicious.

I have eaten at Barbeque House many times and always been very pleased with the food. However, when friends were in town recently I brought them to Barbeque House promising some great local bbq and sides. It was definitely not the meal I expected based on past experience. Both the pork and chicken were pretty tasteless and the sauce was... More

Don't come for the ambience, facility, or furniture. You come for the best country breakfast in Auburn Alabama… Made to order, they have everything from pancakes to hashbrowns to eggs and of course grits w or wo cheese, and a big glass of sweet tea to go with everything. Alexis is the best hot top fry cook and gets the... More

Yes, we fancy ourselves as barbecue experts. We know Memphis style, KC, Texas, NC and even FL barbecue and appreciate the nuances of each one. I don't know if there is an Alabama "style", but I have eaten barbecue in other parts of the state and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the Barbecue House variety doesn't make the cut with me. Didn't... The breakfast is really good here as evidenced by the line you typically see extending out the door. However do be aware that the service is really slow, its not out of the ordinary to wait 15+ minutes to get a simple egg and bacon breakfast sandwich (I often decide not to go here for breakfast even though I like... I usually write up a place because it is somewhere I really feel others would enjoy as well as me. This is an exception to the rule. Poor customers living there must have never had good barbecue. Folks, the campus has some interesting and beautiful buildings. The campus in Spring is alive with all manner of flowers. BUT, and this... More
