Ariccia is Auburn's home for fresh, rustic Italian influenced cuisine. From homemade pastas and hearth-baked pizzas, to sizzling steaks and grill-fired fish, our chef-prepared dishes use regional ingredients served at the peak of flavor and freshness. Add in a great wine list and signature cocktails, and Ariccia is always the place to go. Our large open kitchen invites you into an exciting culinary world. The cozy fireside lounge or bar are great places to relax after work with a delicious drink and appetizer from the Bar Menu. Or catch up with friends and enjoy beautiful weather with al fresco dining on the open-air patio.

Close to authentic... Very Good Dinner

Lived in Italy for a few years and the food was pretty good and reminded me of some of the food I had while I was there. First our server was very nice and helpful. He put some effort into doing his job and caring for his tables. I watched him at the counter where the food came up to... read more

When you visit a fine restaurant, you expect courteous staff members, a relaxing atmosphere, and a delicious meal. But when you receive these in addition to a personal visit from the pastry chef you know you've uncovered a truly unique establishment. After requesting a dessert that was formerly on the menu, but had since been removed, our pastry chef, Leo,... More

Beautiful setting. Limited menu for Italian dishes, mostly steak. Steak was delicious, vegetables mundane, desserts unappealing. Service was slow. No Italian bread in an Italian restaurant? Emphasis seemed to be on alcohol.

I often find myself at The Hotel at Auburn University for meetings. I find myself dreading and excited at the prospect of eating at the breakfast or lunch buffet. There are buffets, then there is Ariccia. Too much good food. Oh, my goodness. Imagine choosing Italian goodness at lunch or fresh breads, fruit, pastries, egg dishes, omelets, at breakfast. I... I had the breakfast buffet and it was AWESOME !!! The sausage links were the best I have ever eaten & the fact you can get about anything you desire, including made to order omelettes. Bacon, biscuits & gravy, grits, pancakes, fruit, muffins, they have it.. It would be a great place to take the family or enjoy a special... More

As a frequently traveling businessman with a love for Auburn football and excellent bars, I find the two are not always easy to encounter together. Last night, I found out that the two are not mutually exclusive. With a knowledge and expertise rivaling that of NYC speakeasies, and a swagger demonstrating the charm of the south, I was treated to... More
