Description: This cafe is tucked in a nursery called Blooming Colors. Part of the restarant houses a farmers market of locally grown vegetables, cheeses and jams. The cafe is so charming and the deserts fantastic. We were in Auburn for a swim meet and we wanted something sweet after dinner, we found the Crepe Myrtle Cafe and our sweet tooth was satisfied. We split a lemon bar on the way back to the hotel, it was decadent. We also took a slice of carrot cake and a chocolate toffee desert both were insanely good. When we left on Sunday we stopped by and got a slice of key lime pie and a crepe stuffed with strawberries, bananas and nutella both were as delicious as the deserts on Saturday. What a special place - you've got to check it out!!!!

went for lunch just last Sunday, I didn't have to wait long at all and if I had, it might have been worth it- my crepe was that good. Piping hot. (They do make them to order.) I had the Greek Chicken and it was delicious. I can be picky when it comes to anything with meat in it, but... More

I was looking for something local, unique and comfortable for the solo traveler. Crepe Myrtle Cafe meets all those criteria. Arrived at 8A for breakfast and, after checking watches to confirm that they were indeed open, the staff greeted me warmly and made recommendations about favorites on the menu. I enjoyed the Eggs Florentine Crepe filled with fluffy fresh eggs... More

Was there last week and it was a great place. The crepes were great and the service friendly. Laid back place to eat. It's not fast food but a very cool place to enjoy.

It doesn't seem reasonable to order breakfast at 10:30am on a Sunday morning, easily get a table, be told it would be a 1/2 hour wait for crepes and then wait until 11:18 for our 2 crepes to be delivered. There was a steady stream of customers and the tables did turn over, but really, 50 minutes for a crepe?... More

An unexpected delight! We were looking for something "other than BBQ" and found this little gem. Their name threw me off as we quickly learned that the mainstay of the menu is the crepe. A nice variety of egg combinations all served in crepes made to order. A different wrap, of sorts. They were spectacular! Paninis are another staple. We... More

We had breakfast here, sat outside - relaxing leisurely breakfast in a beautiful setting. Great friendly service, excellent food-a must if you are in Auburn. We can't wait to go back again.

When I think of red beans and rice, I think of the coastal (Mobile/New Orleans) version and this is certainly not that - I could not determine the spice that made it so unappealing but it may have been sage. We ordered two bowls and both were thrown out - they did have excellent tea but the rest of the... More

Thank you so much for letting us know about your dining experience with us. We are so sorry that neither our freshly made soup or the Carribean Coconut Cake was satisfactory for you. We have cleared up a problem with our soup recipe. Thanks to your tip, we will be checking even more closely on our cakes before they are... More

Four out of five of us selected one of their crepes for breakfast, and none of us were disappointed. Two of us had egg based crepes, made with fresh organic vegetables, and two had chicken based crepes. At our table we also had a scone, a muffin, and a fruit cup. All delicious! We were disappointed that they did not... More

This charming cafe/bakery really is tucked in to a working garden shop and nursery, and that only adds to its allure. Their blueberry scone arrived warm, slightly crisp on the outside and soft/fluffy on the inside. Divine. Ditto for the cranberry-orange muffin. All that baked goodness was followed by perfectly cooks eggs and fresh veggies cradled in thin and tasty... More

Don't fret if you have trouble finding this place. It is tucked behind a nursery and has no sign on the street. Just pull into the nursery and you will find it. Their crepes are outstanding - not in a classic french style but more in a loose wrap style. There is a lot of choice and the flavors and... More
