The Mamma's Love sub is fantastic with soft bread, unique cheese and loaded with all of the good veggies. I skipped the mayo and mustard and it still had lots of juice to help chew it. The unsweet tea is excellent, strong and flavorful, goes well with the crushed ice. The nachos with pepper cheese is a nice treat to... More

Momma Goldberg's will always be a special place to me. This is a tradition in Auburn, and true Auburn experience. The original location on the corner of Magnolia across from the College of Business was like a second home to me, with its prime location for lunch for college students and for after-game celebratory drinks. I love the little house!... More

There is nothing quite like Momma Gs. Nachos with peppers, Momma's Love or a Turkey Delight, and a sweet tea take me straight to the pearly gates. The line can get long at times, but it moves quick. The building is old, but the character is amazing. This has been my favorite place to eat in Auburn since my freshman... More

It's just like you're average deli, but with an Auburn twist. I had the reuben sandwich when I went, and I was pretty good. We mainly went because of how many people suggested it to us and how "Famous" it was. We have one closer to us now and it's just as good, but it doesn't have that Auburn college... More

The food at Momma Goldberg's is great! We loved the deli sandwiches. This restaurant is an Auburn favorite with great local charm.

The place itself is good looking, with wood and a nice patio that's well-maintained and a flat screen outside. The food is pretty horribly overpriced, though, and me and my friends usually only go for the pitcher deals they've got, because those are actually great. It's been a few months since I've ordered food, since I know the subs and... More

I have ate at Momma G's over the years from time to time. I just can't really get into it. The food is awfully expensive and the portions are too small for the price. The atmosphere is the saving grace at these restaurants.

If you're looking for a taste of Auburn, look no further, The decor and atmosphere reflect the college scene, and the menu offers a surprising variety of sandwiches and salads. I try something new every time, with the side of loaded nachos. That said, the sandwiches are hot, with soft bread and lots of sauce. The food is reasonably priced,... More
