We were introduced to Brasserie Beck when we first moved to the DC area about 2 years ago. Ever since, this has been our go-to brunch spot where we bring friends and family who come up to visit. We live an hour outside of DC, but make special trips into the city just to eat here. The food is fantastic... More

Loved the food and service. Oysters were very fresh. Mussels abundant and tasty. Good beer too. Good value overall

We made a last minute reservation at Brasserie Beck and are glad we did. We sat on the patio even though it was a little windy and cold, and were just fine with the heat towers and protection of umbrellas and the building. The cheese plate was terrific - we had our server pick out three selections and loved each... More

I made two trips to this restaurant this time which has always been a favourite every time I come to Washington DC. This time I tried the mussels with mushrooms and cream sauce as I had the previous time and had become the standard whereby I measure all other restaurants that serve moules. This time I was a little disappointed... More

There are so many options when it comes to dinner. We walked in without reservations and sat at the bar. The outside was very nice but make reservations. Here you'll find: very friendly bartenders ; excellent choice of beers on tap; the mussels are a MUST; the French fries with the Belgian mayonnaise; atmosphere is relaxed; great place

I enjoyed the most delicious grilled octopus and a side order of brussel sprouts, paired with a lovely glass of wine. Service was lovely and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the night in DC.

I ate here recently with a couple of regular clients. We got excellent service and was able to order crab cakes, which were not on the regular menu but was available for a private party that evening; this may have been because they recognized our friends who are regulars. We ordered the pate, one of their specials that night, which... More

Great service, delicious food. I had spinach salad and salmon which cost us$40, my friend had wine, onion soup and snapper which cost $60, not including tips.

We met here for brunch on a Saturday and it was better than I expected. The wait staff was patient with us as one or two of our party was late arriving, no matter, they sat us anyway. The Bloody Mary's are not to be missed! One of our group tried the mussels with wild mushrooms and she was extremely... More

This was my second time visiting Brasserie Beck for brunch. It once again proved to be a pleasant experience, the brunch selection is very good and they have a great deal on a mimosa package by the bottle. The service was good and only one person in our party had an issue with the timing of their food delivery. This... More
