Their dishes were good. But night shift server was terrible. The server charged the original price even I visited there at happy hour.Their beer was great though.

Nice staff, neat place, good food. We had breakfast here one morning and loved it to pieces. I would go back again.

Open City was a destination for one of our group. Great atmosphere and great breakfast. Interesting selections and nice service. Sunday brunch was crazy busy and the good news is that we only waited 45 minutes for a table - and, we got one in the "quiet" section. Incredible noise in the main room. The service staff was hustling and... More

We were staying across the street for the week & ended up having breakfast here most mornings & dinner one evening. Had different items each morning & all were great. Coffee was good, service was always excellent. It was always busy & packed in but we didn't feel too cramped. Highly recommend it!

Service is ok but the food is really good! French toast can't be beat😂! Sadly there's always annoying Mexican music playing and it takes a long time to get your food. without the horrible ugly music, this place would be perfect!

We liked sitting on the outdoor patio area. Good food, great breakfast/brunch. It's close to Adams Morgan metro NW , DC.

This was a very welcomed reasonably priced option for guests at the Omni across the street and anyone else looking for good food and a varied menu. Great for vegetarians like me. Ate there three times in a five-day visit. Kid-friendly. Can't wait to go back.

We found this place on the way to zoo, on Saturday morning. It was very crowded and there was a wait. We decided to sit at the bar and not wait for a table. I'm glad we did tables are close together and place is loud. I had California omelet, it was very good and filling. My wife had veggie... More

I had been to Open City earlier on our visit and had been completely satisfied with the brioche french toast, so we stopped in for a hearty breakfast on "getaway day." My wife enjoyed a California omelet that was an explosion of tastes (I love cilantro). My blueberry pancakes were cooked perfectly, so the blueberries were still firm. If you... More

Long waiting lines, loud atmosphere, and not so very nice entry hostess. We came here after reading the good reviews and expecting it to be a busy place with a wait for a table. When we got there, I did not like how the hostess at the entry was like. I mean, I noticed her behavior even to the people... More
