This hotel is very plush and relaxing. The location is across from the convention center and beside the city center. Will most definitely stay here again.

This hotel was exactly what you would expect from a Marriott. Solid, respectable, and aesthetically just like all the rest. The staff are friendly but quiet. My room was clean and the housekeeping staff were not intrusive. Overall, it wasn't special, different, or super memorable. But it was clean, quiet, and convenient.

Renaissance Washington is one block away from Marriott Marquis. We stopped in downstairs lobby for cocktails; it's intimate, cozy setting is welcoming. We like Renaissance. Only drawback is in winter, you must walk out in the cold to attend conferences at D.C. Convention Center. Marriott Marquis has underground connection to convention center. Viola, you don't walk out in the cold.... More

My family wanted to visit DC. Through Marriott membership, I found this hotel and couldn't believe the price $109. We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. It was so centrally located to all the sites. We walked everywhere. Once in a while we took our car and parking after 8 pm in the city was no big deal (free). Self... More

I loved the ambiance of this hotel more than anything. Very fun and live! The common area near the sports bar had multiple lounge areas to sit and relax and unwind. Appetizers from the bar were excellent (try the sliders and the wings!)

Bar area is great. One down side, no real restaurant only bar food. Rooms are clean and staff is very accommodating.

Had a burger one night in resturaunt; ordered it medium and it was burnt and dry. Ate in the lobby bar another night. Had appetizers and they were average. Was here on business and lunches were mediocre as well. If you have to eat here it's okay, but wouldn't choose it.

Friendly staff, absolutely clean rooms and very nice executive lounge. Great location to convention center, short walk from the Mall, museums and has a Starbucks onsite. Had a great 4-day stay. Will recommend to friends and colleagues.

Spent a few days here for a conference and the lodging was excellent. The rooms are not overly large but not bad. It might have been a bit crowded with two or more. The conference facilities were perfect and the staff truly friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again!
