Description: Fogo de ChaoR (fo-go dee shoun), is an authentic Southern Brazilian steakhouse. In 1979, FogoR began sharing the gaucho way of preparing meat in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill each of our 16 cuts of meat and offer you continuous tableside service. We invite you to enjoy the delicious preparations of our gaucho chefs along with our gourmet salad bar, authentic Brazilian side dishes, and award-winning wine list.

Recommend that if you want room for all the wonderful meat, skimp on the salad bar and save some room. Oh, and don't forget to flip the disc from green side to red side or the meat servers will just keep coming! Fantastic place, 5 star food at a decent price!

tons of good cuts of meat, and a diversity of salads, also beans, rice, cheese bread, and a perfect selection of wine.

This was our first experience with a brazilian steakhouse and boy were we impressed. Once you get over the sticker shock you can sample a wide variety of meats cooked perfectly. I never knew good meat until we ate here. The service was also top notch and would refill your glass before iy was under a quarter empty.

I was invited with my wife to this restaurateur for a dinner. Good thing we had not dined properly the whole day! Delightful atmosphere, open salad bar which is humongous though more Italian oriented than Brazilian. Don't get too carried away though unless you mean to reduce your red meat consumption. The food is the Brazilian grill where they feed... More

If you love meat, this is the place! Everything was very good, except the noice and the level of stress. We were 3 couple and could only talk to the closest person, because of the noise. Bring your friends, but not a date

This is the best place to take a true carnivore for dinner! Amazing food, don't miss the lamb chops, or the filet. Also the salad bar is as good as it gets.

Had a great night here with a bunch of people. The endless meat was exceptional. Unfortunately I had to show the Red card and stop the flow of meat, but a great experience.

This is a loud trendy restaurant, not a quiet romantic one. Great for real meat eaters who can eat enough to make the high price worth it. Great drinks and wine list. Fun to go with a group of friends.

This is a dining experience. What can you say about an endless supply of tasty meat dishes? There is also a nice salad bar, but I made sure to skimp on those servings as I was saving room for the good stuff. They give you everything you need when you sit down: mashed potatoes, polenta, fried bananas, black beans, rice,... More

I'm a fan of Fogo de Chao, as I've travelled all over the states and have experienced many of them in different cities. In addition I also work restaurant management in the Brazilian Churrascaria industry. I came here on a Sunday (happened to be Mothers Day). The restaurant was Busy as expected, but we were seated promptly. Our server greeted... More
