Blue Duck Tavern, a contemporary neighborhood restaurant, invites its guests to gather and celebrate in good taste with a menu focusing on the freshest ingredients available from local purveyors and artisans. The menu notes every farm where the main ingredient for the dish was raised before its journey to the table. Dishes are genuine, time-honored and traditional -- slow roasting in wood embers, braising, preserving and smoking techniques bring the true flavors of America's great, simple and wholesome foods to the Blue Duck Tavern. The restaurant has an elegant residential feel through the open staff pantry and kitchen, wood-burning oven and the showpiece Molteni range.

Decided to take my wife out for a pre-holiday dinner. SO happy I picked BDT!!! The food was great, as was the service. Gladis was the perfect host----we followed her suggestions and EVERYTHING was wonderful. My wife had a swordfish dish that will be on the new menu. She raved about it! I had the scallops--best ever! Pop tarts sounded... More

When we first walked in and realized that BDT was a hotel restaurant -- we thought it would be an average meal at best, as very few hotels (even good ones) have equally good restaurants. Needless to say we were proven wrong. Not only BDT had a great menu and an open kitchen which was ran like clock-work, but every... More

I had a business lunch here recently, was just average. The service was good, but I expected better crab cakes. Menu needs to be updated.

We celebrated our anniversary here with dinner at Blue Duck in the Park Hyatt. The menu is different but with enough variety that anyone could find something interesting to order. Service was informed, at just the right pace, and very attentive. I had a wonderful pumpkin bisque, roasted mushrooms and the crab cake. My husband had the salmon. We both... More
