This chain store trades on the great Pizzeria Uno of Chicago which has wonderful pizza with moist yeasty crust. The premade crust here is dry and tasteless and premade ( I checked with the waitress).I have never been to a pizza place in which premade crusts are shipped from head-quarters rather than made on site. This is a national chain. It's like Applebees or Chili's only the focus is on deep dish pizza. It's okay-average-etc but the idea of a Pizzeria Uno's making the top 20 great restaurants in DC is ridiculous. I live in DC. There are lots of great restaurants here. My dad and I ate here in June 2005. Uno is located inside Union Station, which is pretty much just a mall with trains. We ordered the Chicago Classic pizza, and we still talk about it to this day.
