We had heard all the hype and were excited to finally get to try the pizza at two amys. Unfortunately, we were completely unimpressed. The pizza at Chef Geoff's (not known for their pizza) is better...and if you want the best in town, save yourselves a lot of money and go to Vace's in Cleveland Park for a slice! more

We had high expectations for this restaurant from it's websites and other reviews, but were disappointed. Our pizas were slightly burnt and so did not taste so great, although the toppings were good. I love 2 Amys - their pizzas are great, the crust is unparalled in the city. Their salads are fresh, their specials inventing. During season, the heirloom tomato salad is excellent. I recommend going during non-peak hours - or just get take away - to avoid the hour-long wait for a table AND the overwhelming bad acoustics in the dining... more
