Nice meal, beautiful setting, but sadly getting ready to close.

Following a weekend business meeting we went as a group to DC Coast for dinner. We were greeted and seated right away. After ordering cocktails and a bottle of wine we were served our salads. Went here for dinner with my husband and had a great evening! We had salads, lamb chops and a flounder. Food was excellent! The service was perfect, we had a very nice and friendly waiter. Great ambiance. Go!

A trendy, upscale D.C. restaurant with great service and even greater cuisine. The waitstaff was excellent and paid close attention to every detail. The decor is a taste of art deco mixed with old school panache.

Solid experience during DC restaurant week in August 2015. Although on the pricier side for restaurant week, the service matched the experience. Had a later reservation and things were quieter, which made for healthy conversation for our group of 7 people. BOTTOM LINE: Would definitely return. Suggest trying it out with your significant other or group of people.

Went with two friends on Halloween night. The restaurant was pretty empty and the waiter was bored, so he was at our table every two minutes, we couldn't have a normal conversation because he was so eager to take our order. I would understand if the place was busy and he was trying to turn the table over, but there... More

Just had the most excellent Gumbo for lunch at this popular downtown restaurant. Despite being very busy, the service was good too.

While the Crab Feast is not available year round it is a must meal for any seafood lover. Everything crab (except desert) from soup to salad to main course. Meal also included some excellent vegetable side dishes of small roasted garlic potatoes, cream spinach and a fresh corn mix. The finishing touch was a slice of real Key Lime Pie... More

This DC eatery was bustling on a Tuesday night but not too busy. Very nice bar staff and waiters. Good seafood and a nice wine list with plenty of Old World selections. I enjoyed the oysters and delicious fish. Pumpkin bread pudding was yummy as well. Would go back.
