Great Food paired with special delicious tea

My Tea-cured salmon sandwich was delicious, and so full of fresh ingredients, the lettuce, tomato and cheese overwhelmed the amount of salmon on the sandwich. I'm spoiled by the amount of salmon I get from other sources and this was the same way. This felt like there should have been more, but... read more

Great place to get a good cup of tea, catch up with friends in an intimate setting, or to drink tea by yourself with a good book in the corner. They also have food ranging from snacks to bento boxes. I recommend trying the kochi. The same price you would pay at Starbucks for a cup of coffee is what... More

Not too busy, priced right, portions not too big, good flavor and nice staff. Would for sure eat there again. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

We stopped here while on a trip with kids in DC. It's right around the corner from the national archives so it was super convenient. The kids and wife had the fried chicken bento, they were very happy. The chicken is cooked in panko crumbs, very light, not greesy at all. It comes with a susumber salad, rice, and sweet... More

Teaism has grown on me over the years and I've started to appreciate their tea collection and food options more recently. I've visited for both work and fun, and it's become a bit of a staple for quick eats while out and about Chinatown. The bubble and mint teas are both quite refreshing on hot summer days, and the cookies... More

I've eaten here several times and have been impressed each time by how tasty and well presented the dishes were. I didn't always know what to expect but I was always pleased. The curry is delicious and the Korean beef sandwich, which I had just this week, was very tasty. And if you like tea, you'll be very impressed with... More

I've been here now 3-4 times and the food is always very good but I wouldn't say great. I like the sauces of the curry dish and the udon noodles were good. The restaurant is bigger than it looks and it has a nice downstairs w/ big koi fish the kids would be interested in. My burger was unfortunately dry.... More

This is a favorite for locals for good reason, and conveniently located and priced for tourists smart enough to check TA to learn about it. Great care is obviously taken in sourcing and preparing the food, and it is delicious and healthy. There are lots of teas (and no coffee) and the food has an Asian influence. The menu changes... This restaurant is very proactive in providing information on where the food is produced and is working towards being GMO free. After walking by several times and seeing the busy patio, I stopped for the weekend brunch. Fluffy waffles served with spiced apples and maple syrup for only 7 USD; great price for downtown DC. The sliced apples were prepared... More

My mother, sister, and I stopped in to get my sister bubble tea and mochi. Both were fantastic. My mom and I each got chicken bone broth with wellness tea. I can't wait to go again and try more of their menu. The man who took our order was really nice and helpful.
