A must visit in Georgetown!

Everything is delicious from ice tea to coffee and cupcakes. There can be a line at times but it's worth the wait. We had guests in town and everyone went here every day sometimes twice a day for coffee and ice teas.

Ventured in due to a friend's recommendation. Lots of coffee and cupcake choices. Iced mocha was fabulous. My strawberry cupcake had a nice taste but was a little dry. Not my favorite cupcake ever, but not the worst either.

This place is certainly on my short list of the best dessert places. My son read a Buzzfeed article about his place and we decided to visit during our recent trip to DC. They did not embellish at all. My group tried 5 different kinds of desserts and they were all amazing !!! The cupcakes have interesting flavors and the... More

Outstanding place. Great feel, space is awesome, and vibe is great! Coffee drinks for my group of three were all fantastic! The baked goods were all exceptional! Cupcakes, bars, and more cupcakes. A great place!

Baked & Wired is a neighborhood gem in gem-filled Georgetown. Getting there is half the fun with a stroll up or down the C&O Canal (B&W is just south of it). A variety of delightful baked goods beckons including vegan and gluten free choices. Coffees are expertly prepared as well. Love the inclusion of simple syrups for sweetening iced drinks.... More

This place you would miss if you didn't know about it We were told that this is a must if you go to Georgetown So glad we found it. It was queued out the door, but well worth the wait as we had the strawberry cupcakes and they were totally delicious They state they are not made from a box... More

We were going to go to another cupcake place down the street in Georgetown that has the show on TV but were told to go here by a local instead. So we did. It was a little hard to find at first but when we found it, the line was backed out the door. We have gourmet cupcake shops here... More

My family was here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a bunch of different treats. What stood out was the "OMG bar" and a chocolate muffin with peanut butter frosting. The frosting was definitely on point! The iced coffee is pretty expensive but that is what to expect I guess in this location. I will definitely come back here every... More

I came to DC eagerly waiting for Georgetown Cupcakes or the delicious Sprinkles Cupcakes that I have had in NYC. I found Baked & Wired by accident walking to eat at Washington Harbor. A "baked at your house" feel. The baked goods are outstanding and the cupcakes might be the best I've ever had. I came back more than once... More
