I had crabcake sandwich, it was okay. My kids split a pizza which they liked and looked good. The view was fun. You are looking out over Union Station. We got out of there for $26 plus tip.

Me and my wife were in vacation in Washington DC, and everyday we passed trough Union Station because of subway lines and departure point for tourist tours. Well, for my surprise, we had one of the most delicious lunch we had during vacation, at Center cafe, street level of the station. Friendly and fast staff, good meal with good prices,... More

Sat with water and menu's for 15 minutes - nobody came by - and we were right out in the open - actually had to ASK for the water and ASK for the menus - and they were NOT busy. Then, after all of that, the food was just so-so. Not great, a bit expensive and certainly not worth the... More

My wife and I recently ate at the America Restaurant for the second time. This is a great little restaurant tucked in a corner of Washington DC Union Station. The food is great and so is the service. We will go there any time we are in Washington DC and you should too.

We had lunch at Center Cafe which is situated in the main hall at Union Station. Our group conisisted of 4 adults and 3 children ages 5, 11, and 14. Our waitress was super-friendly and fast. The food was typical American cafe fare; tuna sandwich, patty melt, crab cake sandwich, chili dogs and pizzas for the kids. The adults had... More

We stopped here for dinner while checking out Union Station and waiting for our tour. The menu is large, with a good variety of choices - but that's the only positive about this restaurant. I had roasted chicken, which was greasy and had nasty fatty skin covering it. My mashed potatoes were more like potato soup, and the mixed veggies... More

While waiting to pick up our Monuments at Night tour from Union Station, we ate dinner at the Center Cafe. We ate on the second level of the restaurant, and loved the view. The food was very good. There were 6 of us eating and all enjoyed their dinners. The service was a bit slow, but that was the only... More

Wife had a salad which she enjoyed. Our daughter had pizza ate most of it. The Service was very good. The menu is... More

I must find out what you call white wine and soda water in USA. I thought it was a Spritzer. I first got an expresso and then a tonic water. Bad start, I should have just had a coke. Corn Dog and Buffalo Wing starters okay but my macaroni main course was disgusting and husband's burger was not great. We... More
