This place knows how to make pasta! Being a fan of ravioli i try this almost every time i see it on the menu, and this place makes it crazily delicious! I;m a regular and all the pastas that i tried here are top notch, soup also. Very reasonably priced. Keep up the good work guys!
Love the new design. Great food and service. We love coming for a special occasion, but it is actually very reasonable compared to other high end places I rank this with. Like fiola and Marcel's.
Tosca is lovely and the food is wonderful. They have a nice blend of traditional dishes as well as more modern interpretations with a local flare.
Upon entering the restaurant we were warmly greeted and welcomed. Each element of our meal was of excellent quality, starting with the wine. One will be hard pressed to find a more delicious Italian meal in DC. The scallop was particularly delicious, as we're each of the pasta dishes we shared. Bravo Tosca!

Tosca is always the perfect place to eat delicious Italian food, perfectly served by professional staff. This is the place where I would bring relatives and friends from Italy, if they were dying to have Italian food. It never disappointed me!

Four of us went for an early dinner prior to attending a show. The pre-theater menu is a good value: three courses $38. Wide selection. All of us ordered different items. Everything was prepared and presented excellently. Service was also excellent and wines reasonably priced.
The ambiance is quiet and elegant, and the wait staff friendly, attentive and informative about the food, but never intrusive. The food is the real star, though. We had the chef's tasting menu, and every item was exquisite, in just the right portions. Our waiter recommended some very good wine by the glass. Easily one of the best restaurants I...
