Super steak

Very much enjoyed the prime new york steak. It was truly perfectly mediun cooked, with a very tasty and crispy exterior. Only thing was that one small part was a bit burned, which ruined the taste a little. Not much veggies, but home made fries where tasty. Bonus points for having good mayonaise... read more

Love the DC Palm. Great ambiance, an old boys club booth on the back or light airy glass atrium in the front. If for two, I'd highly recommend the double cut NY strip. Oh boy was that good! Always look forward to going back.

We dine at The Palm every summer because they serve huge Lobsters at this time of year . Even the Dallas ,Texas "Palm " serves them in the summer and they are to die for . Forget the notion that they must be tough because they are too big . You simply get bigger juicier Lobster meat . There is... More

The food is absolutely awesome. Waiters are very accommodating and make suggestions or alternatives for your taste needs. They have their own beer - The Palm Beer - which tastes very good (wish I could buy some to take home!). Very classy restaurant but not in a stuffy way. Would visit here every time I go to Washington!

The steak was good but the salad I had was so greasy and not that good. Not a great atmosphere though the service was fast and impressive.

I cannot rave enough about the quality of the high-end steak or lobster. If anyone tells you a five pound lobster is a bad thing, laugh in their face and bring them here any July to prove them wrong.

It is very pricey here and the food although good doesn't seem to be worth the added expense; however the service is above average and everyone is extremely helpful and wanting to ensure that you have everything you need.

The salads at The Palm never disappoint. The service is good--flexible and eager to please. One word of caution: on a sunny warm day, avoid sitting out front unless you really like it toasty. I'll be back.

I loved the Clams Casino here, but my $47.00 filet mignon while perfectly cooked was not hot when served so a bit of a disappointment, great flights of single malt scotch. And excellent bread basket! Quite noisy though so be prepared to talk loud if conversing.
