Busy but quaint atmosphere. Always seem to have chef's daily offerings which keeps the menu fresh. Food is wonderful and the service attentive.

Was told that VIPs like to frequent, but that night were many families celebrating Georgetown Medical School's new physicians. Air conditioning was not working until our dinner was almost finished. Waiters were not attentive, forgot to give us bread, then did not bring butter or olive oil.

Cafe Milano has been the Top Spot to go in Washington for the better part of two decades. There are lots of hot places that come and go in DC, but this place stands the test of time. Amazing Italian food from beginning to end... the appetizers, the pizza etc. It's always on my list of places to go anytime... More

Before travelling from London to DC we read some mixed reviews about Cafe Milano but looked forward to dinner in this Georgetown hotspot. From beginning to end the experience was genuinely exceptional. Whether you are a people watcher, a foodie or a wine loving bon viveur this is a restaurant not to be missed. The place is exciting, buzzing and... More

This is a really nice spot in Georgetown just off Wisconsin. The food is great if a bit pricey and they have a good wine list which is also pricey. Great spot for a business dinner. The raviloi is about the best I've had.

It was a busy Saturday afternoon and we were shown to our table in a great position near the window . The starter a pear salad was composed mainly of rocket with 4 tiny pieces of pear . We had to ask for serviettes . We had to ask twice for drinks .The brûlée dessert was served in a very... More

Cafe Milano is a Washington, D.C., landmark, noted as one of the best restaurants in the Nation's Capital. Dining guests are warmly welcomed at the door, and the superb service continues and only enhances an already wonderful dining experience. We have been here many times over the years and while the food has been passable -- average in other words -- the price is the highest of any restaurant we have been to in DC, and that is saying something. Last weekend we had bad food, bad service and a bill that would bankrupt someone with a moderate income... More
