Apparently alot of mixed reviews, but our lunch was good!

Stopped in here for a quick lunch while touring DC. We were surprised at the number of items on the menu - there were quite a number, and they all sounded good. My daughter had the chicken fingers, which were 4 pieces, each the size of a 1/2 chicken breast - just huge! I had the Gyro and I... read more

This place sucks! Service is poor and management is TERRIBLE. They sell overpriced mediocre food and their service can be so bad that it makes a pitcher of Bud Light not taste like freedom on a summer night after league softball. Furthermore, when they actually actively cause a problem, like say the server dropping your credit card into a grate... More

Stopped in with some friends for lunch. Was surprised at the selections on the lunch menu. I had the quiche of the day, which was phenomenal (everyone tried a bite and agreed) and came with salad for $8. One had 7 oz sirloin for $9, and thought it was better than most. Great atmosphere, wonderful food.

My boyfriend and I were in DC last weekend and wanted to find a bar showing the Notre Dame game. We did a basic search of Notre Dame bars in Washington, DC and stumbled upon this place. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants the feel of being at Notre Dame. The entire place was filled with all Notre... More

I have worked in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood of Washington, D.C., since 1996, yet today (July 16, 2013) was my first visit to this restaurant. It'll be many years until I visit again. If ever. I visited with three friends, and we ordered drinks, which were ok. My lime margarita was fine. We decided to share an order of chicken... More

Stopped in late one night because we were hungry. The food was ok, nothing special. Service was just OK. Dinning room was messy and hot (DC in July, felt like the AC was off) and the bathroom was disgusting, didn't look like it was attended to all night. At least the beer was cold.

We waited a looooong time for our order to arrive, no explanation given. The crab cakes were mostly filler, the veggie burger looked positively awful (like an offwhite cork coaster), and was only lukewarm, and my friend was told she would be charged an extra $2 for a side salad instead of fries. Now, I guess I understand that concept,... More

We were seeing the sights in DC and were traveling with chikdren. Decided to sit down quickly for a quicj drink and some chips. Our waiter looked very busy, although the place looked empty. Not sure how long we waited for our chips, but we had funished the drinks and probably waited about 15 minutes without seeing our waiter. I... More

My family (husband, daughters, and I) stumbled upon this place after visiting the National Christmas Tree (Dec '12). Not very many places in the area were open for dinner (Sat night), so we didn't really have a choice. Upon entering, the hostess/waitress that sat us was not friendly at all. She put us at a table near a music speaker... More

I visited this bar (which I thought was called Xchange) on a Sunday afternoon in late September 2012, while I was on a business trip to Washington DC from the the UK. I fell in love with the place immediately. The food was excellent and, in true American fashion, there was plenty of it. Plus - most importantly, in my... More
