Went on a Friday night date with my wife for dinner. We had been to the one in Chicago and had a good memory about it so decided we would give the one in DC a try. The summary is: STAY AWAY!!! Prices are very high and the food quality is really lower end. My wife ordered a fillet mignon... More

Visited with a conference group of 75 people. Appetizers probably best items. Steak looked really good, but ordered "medium rare" was a bit past "medium". Dry. Salad elicited mostly underwhelmed comments all around. I don't even remember the dessert (two nights ago).

Very enjoyable! When a steakhouse is this good, why bother going to any other! This is the second time I've been and the experience was at just the same standard. Take the 14oz Dry aged Sirloin. For dessert the Coconut Layer cake is also a must.

I have eaten at two other S&W's previously so expectation was high and wasn't disappointed. Fillet Mignon cooked and seasoned to perfection, sides are a little on the large side so don't go overboard. Have an extensive wine list and service attentive and courteous. Not a cheap meal but certainly worth it and would visit again.

Actually, we visited DC last year and I can say we still remember this dinner, as it was one of the best ever. The steaks were great and the service was even better. Our 10 yo daughter doesn't really like red meat so the waiter managed to get us some pasta with shrimps that was not even in the menu.... More

Had the filet mignon and it was great. Sides are big enough for 2-4 people. Our server was awesome. Really tall guy, if you get him you will surely agree. Also had an extensive wine list. We were pleased with our meal and experience. It was not cheap, but if you want a cheap steakhouse then go the strip mall... More

I don't usually review restaurants. I had my good and bad days with steakhouses but never a disaster like this overpriced restaurant. Their meat taste horrible, over salted and over seasoned. Their hashed potatoes side is a sorry excuse of a side and their "truffled mac n cheese" is just bland. Maybe my taste buds have been spoiled by other... More

We went for a snack fatter ten, they were still serving and gave as impeccable service as if it was the first meal of the day.

Enjoyed a quick bite with my wife in April, every thing we had was up to the normal standards for the chain... though word to the wise the location is dead on the weekends. Waitress noted they mostly entertain the lunch and dinner crowds Mon-Fri... Good nonetheless.

First time at this restaurant. our experience was pleasant and the food was very good. Our waiter was very good and made worthwhile recommendations. Our only regret was the very high bill. Otherwise, we recommend this restaurant.
