I am not happy with this place at all. Despite the lovely environment, and a very good Ukrainian waitress who was trying very hard, the food was terrible. It started off bad with a "bread basket" containing two obviously very old rolls that were tough and flavorless, and clearly had not been made in-house and were brought in from somewhere,... more

Just returned from family trip to DC and unfortunately chose Paper Moon as our restaurant for Christmas Dinner. As they described it, only restaurant open on Christmas in Georgetown and they acted like that was the case. Not kid friendly. Food was avg and not cheap. Bread/bread rolls were clearly store bought. Very tasty food (I had the ravioli with mushroom, parmesan, cream, and walnuts). A bit on the fancy side, so also a bit on the pricey side. Impeccably friendly service, and I didn't have to wait at all! more

Cheap brunch, but you get what you pay for: prime rib was rubbery, english muffins with the eggs florentine were not cuttable, no signs on the dishes some of which were unrecognizable by sight, smell or taste. Waffle was ok, but nothing special. more
